He says because it's now 4:07pm and you are by yourself and you have to take off your tie downs off your tarp remove your tarp and then hand unload that load even if you hustle there is no way you will make it all the way off of our property before we close at 4:30pm then he says because if you are still on our property the second it hits 4:30pm you will be fined 60.00 so I say what do I do he says drive back to the scale house tell them to refund your money and you will be back tomorrow. so as im driving back to the scale house mad as hell I see one two three more trucks that paid to dump heading to the dump area by the time I made it back to the scale house I counted 6 more personal trucks driving to go put themselves in the same situation as I was in . what a waste of time I drove 35 min to get to the dump waited in a 25 min line to get to the scale house another 10 min driving to where you dump then 5 min of an explanation of what I need to do to not get fined 10 min drive back to the scale house then they made me wait 10 more min for my refund . then I had to drive 35 min back home again and all that time and gas was wasted for nothing. you guys got to do better if thats the case do not let people in after 3:30pm and put it on a sign so its known

Then he was like no #1 is non insulated. Then I said no it's #1 INSTULATED copper. So he went to check some paper and came back with some bs excuse that because there's a couple connectors in the bunch that he's going to sell it to me at #2 wire prices. I have a video of the wire I had and it's nice and clean. Theres no way it shoudve been soled to me for $1.69!! The guy with the safety glasses is a loser and has nothing better to do but to try to rip off people who genuinely are there to get quality customer service and quality prices that live around the area. So since I knew he was scamming me and I told him to give me back my wire back & he said it was too late after he took off like five connectors. It had been at least a year, possibly more, that we had last been in the unit. When we arrived Sunday, we realized our key did not fit the lock and that the lock was a different make, than what we had. We got the manager to cut the lock for us and when we opened the door, we realized things had been taken. We actually found our old lock inside the unit and yes, our key did fit our lock. IT HAD NOT BEEN CUT OPEN. We will be emptying our unit because we no longer have confidence in the Security here.
