Weigh in, drop off, weight out and pay. If you need to get out yourself and haul specific things out, you have to wear a safety vest which costs 75 cents. Otherwise people are there to unload. Don't dump trash all over the place!!! For a very reasonable fee, take your unwanted stuff to the badlands landfill to be responsibly recycled or disposed of. Very organized facility and easy to get in and out. It's only $10 for a full truckload of stuff!!! Way better than dumping it someplace and making the area look like shit!!! I saved up residential hazardous waste for years so I can drop a big load at the dump (no pun intended). I had lots of paint, oil, fluorescent lights, batteries (lead, mercury, LiPo, cadmium, NiMH, etc), computers, a/c w/freon, and other e-waste that I was hoping to recycle. I first took my constipated SUV to the Agua Mansa landfill because it's better funded, organized, and easier for me to access but those woosies are only open Saturday 9am-2pm, so I was stuck with a carefully packed hazardous load that I didn't want to chauffeur around town for a week and I drove to the Moreno Valley (Badlands Landfill). There was no line at the time (midday) and the guy who helped me unload my crap was super nice... he's the guy who has to dump all the paint and oil in the summer heat and talk to the customers who would sometimes rather toss their shite out of a moving vehicle on a back road at 2am. Note: if you're reading this trying to figure out where to take your trash, please for the love of spaghetti monster don't throw it out somewhere but a landfill. If you insist on doing it so you don't have to pay, instead of leaving it for the people who have to adopt highways, put it somewhere on the road to a landfill so the people who have to pick up after you are already doing their job.
