They send out to another Banning cleaners. Been noticing rising prices and declining quality. I put on a jacket they cleaned and discovered it didn't sit correctly. They creased the shoulder pad and somehow moved it back. The details matter, but obviously not to them. Going elsewhere. read more

Things have gotten worse at this place since previous owner left, they charge more and now cant sew on a simple patch

This is my favorite dry cleaners. They are a good value with great service. I highly recommend them. Now run by new owners.

Firstly there is no on site cleaning i.e. The 3 star rating. But that being said the front desk gal is pleasant and they did a nice job with our cleaning. So I would try them again. read more

Had a small dress of my daughters that was machine washable that I accidentally took in with my shirts my shirts are 2 x so. Anyway. I guess they saw me coming. Hit me for almost 3 times that of 1 shirt. $12.00 for a very small dress. Wow . Not happy . I guess I am8 not going back. read more

Used them for wash for sometime and haven't had any issue. First time I had three dress pants dropped off for wash and cut. They told me it would be ready by Monday. I didn't go back till Friday and I will need pants on Saturday. Went in on Friday, my pants were not even washed or cut, it was still on the sewing table. He said I can leave it and they will have it cut and washed by Saturday noon. They couldn't do it in two weeks what makes me think they'll do it over night!!Nope so I took my pants. - update, I wored the pants and needed to be cleaned. I wasn't gonna use them again but my wife didn't know and dropped off the pants for only wash. So I told her to tell them that I needed to get it cut. I gave them two more weeks on it and my went back to pick up today. It was still hanging on the alteration area. No one knows if it's been cut since the "mysterious lady" did not leave a note. They wanted to charge my wife but she didn't pay because she and no one there knows if it's cut, and they wanted me to go inside to try it out!!. I tried the pants at home and guess what? Dishonest thieves. Treated a regular customer like a crook. Accused me of not paying for alterations. Charged me a second time for the alterations (which they did incorrectly). When payment receipt was produced for first round of alterations that they did not do, they neither apologized nor offered a refund. Steer clear of these bamboozlers. They lost a good customer. I always take my husbands dry cleaning as well as get anything tailored to this location. Everyone is very helpful and courteous. If I need something back a little sooner then they work with me. I recommend this place to anyone. And the prices are reasonable. read more
