Unfortunately, after only a few uses for work, the faux leather started peeling. I really liked them and wanted to save them, especially since I had just bought them, but the owner was incredibly honest and told me it wasn't worth repairing. I really appreciated his honesty and kindness. He was super nice, and I'll definitely be going back to him for any future shoe repairs or issues. Highly recommend!

My boots looked great. He cleaned them up nicely. The heels looked great too. These are my absolute favorite shoes, Lord & Taylor. On to Saturday. I was in my shoes for a total of 3 hours. About 2 hous in is when I noticed they were peeling. I was getting so many compliments on my shoes and I looked down and I can see the peeling pieces poking out the side from under the ball of my foot. I contacted Rafi first thing Monday and sent him a text with video. He is taking no responsibility. I feel like he was trying to do a good job. He replaced the heel tips and I believe he used some kind of cleaner on the shoes which caused them to peel . I definitely would not trust this business with expensive shoes! I went here because of the high revenues but I neglected to read the bad ones that include pictures of the workmanship or lack of. Big mistake! I feel bad about editing this review because so many people had bad experiences with him initially and initially my experience was great until I had a problem. Then he got defensive and deflected any and all responsibility. I brought it in and the gentleman I believe to be the proprietor took them in and advised I have both soles redone. I agreed. He gave me a ticket to turn in when the shoes were ready. It didn't take but a few days and they were available for pick up. The soles were nicely repaired and I believe I have a lot more miles left on them. The price of the repair was well worth it and gave new life to this favorite pair of mine. The gentleman was very cordial and welcoming.
