Had it been, the emotional suffering would have been minimized. It wasn't until I agreed to a contract that the costs were itemized. I spoke with Garrett the owner and he explained why the estimate was so high. After doing a lot of the debris removal myself with friends, the quote was lowered over $10,000 less and the job was done in 1.5 days by smaller companies contracted through Perrill: a plumber, a debris removal company and the actual demolishers. The assistant was available via text messages at all hours, so kudos to that. The final job turned out well. Workers were pleasant and the office employees were very helpful and courteous. The one-star review previously posted is not justified.
