I decided to replace both flush valves so the new homeowner would have updated parts under warranty. The guest bathroom repair was done correctly, but the master bathroom toilet -- which had absolutely no issues before -- started leaking after they replaced the flush valve. The leak came from the tank bolts underneath the toilet and ended up damaging a shelving unit in my bathroom. To be fair, Salvador, Emmanuel, and Crystal were all polite and professional throughout this process. The company also corrected the water heater valve issue quickly after it leaked overnight following the flush. However, the toilet leak has still not been resolved after multiple return visits, including tightening the bolts and replacing the gasket. I even had to miss work waiting for additional service appointments. Now I'm being told I may need to replace the entire toilet for a problem that did not exist before the work was performed. I'm already paying nearly $200 out of pocket for a new toilet, and they still want to charge me another $175 for installation on top of the original approximately $500 bill and the damage caused to my furniture. I understand mistakes happen, but this has turned into an expensive and frustrating situation for something that originally was not broken.

Our HVAC died on us in October of 2024. It was 16 years old on R-22. Eric came out to service it,…read moreplugged the leak. Apparently it had more than one leak and the entire refrigerant ran out in two days. He was completely out of refrigerant. We opted to wait on replacing it due to costs. It was something we had to save up for. Fortunately we have a very well insulated home made with 'ice block', a method of insulating the inside of the block using styrofoam supports. So the house holds up well in the winter months as we used two oil heaters and maintained a very comfortable environment in a 2100' home. We finally saved enough $ to pay for an entire replacement based on what we were seeing similar units selling for online with labor. We had several estimates done by other HVAC companies as well, but Air Flow Systems was considerably cheaper ($5,000 to as much as $12,000 less), and that was with the upgraded SEER2 plus the new 454B. This unit had all the bells and whistles of energy efficiency and is incredibly whisper quiet at all times. I questioned Eric on the much lower than anticipated fee, and he said he did cut us a big discount (by thousands, literally) due to what happened prior with running out of refrigerant, and as fellow Christians. This new version is amazingly smooth, has a touchscreen thermostat (very nice) and little perks. We never hear it turn on and off, which is great! They had this installed in under 6 hours. We are extremely pleased that they arranged this before the 4th of July, 2025 as well. Eric has us on the calendar for annual wellness check ups, too, but this unit will surely outlast the old one it replaced and will likely outlive us! Great service, arrived exactly on time early in the morning and installed lickety-split! He has such a good attitude about his product and business, and good things to say about Christ as well. Very grateful and super satisfied with the unexpected discounts and generosity. He even ran home for more refrigerant as he was a little short. He wanted to be sure we had the maximum needed. Highly recommend, and will use him always!

The technician that came out gave me an estimate of 450.00 for each toilette to pour a little cement and place the new flanges, and another 650.00 each to "professionally" seat the toilets. The technician also advised me there was a 35.00 service fee that the office never told us about, and when I advised the technician we were never advised there was a service fee, he said to forget it then since we weren't told. Also, we were never sent an official written estimate from Struse for the proposed work, just a email stating the 35.00 service fee that we weren't suppose to pay was past due. When spoke to the office manager today about all of these issues and the fee, she stated their normal fee just to show up at the door was 140.00, so my balance of 35.00 was due. She also stated their pricing is by job, not materials used. I told the office manger this pricing is extortion in a town full of retirees that can't do this kind of stuff for themselves and that we would never use Struse Plumbing again!

This company was recommended to us by a good friend. We called them and they did a decent job for…read moreus once. The work was fine although typically expensive, costs driven ever higher by the fact that nobody wants to actually work anymore and it requires real skill. Given the fact that we were past customers in good standing, wouldn't you expect a call back the next time you needed a plumber? Strange breed of modern America that doesn't possess the basic courtesy to return a customer's call, even if they are too busy or they don't want to travel to a rural area (yes, where folks also need plumbers). Courtesy and professional conduct is the least a publicly licensed contractor in the service business should guarantee their customers and THEMSELVES. If they have enough work they don't bother with you and this I have found is a pattern with today's tradesman. Very little, if any professional courtesy. So despite unreturned phone calls, a detailed e-mail with pictures and a clear description of the work required, earnest pleas for a response, they were good for nothing. That's what I call a "family" business. Instead of building skills (in a profession that pays top dollar) and encouraging responsibility to our fellow citizens, we give our children smart phones to endlessly waste the precious little time they have on Earth, or simply park them in front of TV while we ourselves surf, surf, surf our little lives away. I sound angry, but honestly I'm just frustrated and disappointed. This was not how I was raised in 1952. Something is going terribly wrong with America and going to the voting booth and voting your conscience is the only hope we have left for a gentler, kinder world, which appears lost.

One of these screws ended up in my tire, which I took to Discount Tire to be repaired (they completed the repair at no charge). While Vista Pros did offer to pay for the repair, my concern was the inconvenience of having to deal with a flat tire due to the debris left behind. They also offered to return to clean up the yard, but I had already cleaned it up myself by that point. One of the installers was a smoker, and I noticed a strong odor of smoke inside my home during the project. In my personal opinion, the overall experience fell short of what I consider professional and satisfactory. They provided two maintenance visits with the new AC unit. When they came, it was during the wintertime, so they inspected my heating system. I was told the blower motor needed to be cleaned because it was dirty. They told me the circuit board had burn marks and needed replacement. Because I wanted to be sure, I had a third party inspect it, who stated the board was functional and did not need to be replaced. When the company reached out to schedule the second maintenance visit, I declined, having decided to no longer use their services based on my previous experiences. When I informed them of my decision and my reasoning, I felt their email responses were overly pushy in trying to get me to schedule or use their services again. They did offer to try to make things right, but I chose to move forward and decline further contact. When I posted my initial review, the company emailed me claiming that attempts to damage their reputation are considered defamation and can warrant legal action, while requesting that my post be accurate. I am updating this review to ensure it reflects only my exact personal experience, timelines, and the factual second opinion I received. Anti-SLAPP statute (A.R.S. § 12-751)
