I have literally never used turbo tax before. Actually quite literally have never done my own taxes before and was able to figure all that out in the nearly 3 hours I waited in his cold ass office. Froze my butt off from the moment I got to my 7pm appointment. Until I finished my taxes ON MY OWN at 9:40 pm!! This guy is a fucking joke I'm not really sure what he's doing but wow is this guy a loser. He gives me this huge lecture on how it's imperative I make an appointment and come in rather than deal with this remotely. I drove an hour to get to my appointment early and this guy didn't even apologize to me once in the 3 hours I sat freezing my butt off in his shitty shack excuse for an office. What an incompetent little man this guy is. read more

I was referred to this place so I gave it a shot and did my taxes with this guy but will definitely be the first and last time. Very inconsiderate of my time, had me waiting 45 mins past appointment time, he was not helpful or informational AT ALL. I can do what he did on turbo tax.
