Originally called Hana Hou for a last minute love out. Referred me to J & I. They were prompt and cleaned everything in my 4/2, no carpet house nicely. I emphasized the bathroom, kitchen and window tracks. I usually don't call people to clean but I had a time crunch. I had a few items that I should've put away myself so I knew where they were. Scheduled for 11am, showed up at 830. They couldn't get on base (when asked if they could when scheduling). The cleaners said there was so carpet cleaning scheduled and had to call back to figure out the game plan...again. Paid just under $800 and was still charged $100 for the smell of dog in the carpet. There was no dog urine/feces, just the standard smell from a dog living there. When I called they said "well we can't fix the smell if an animal lived there" which is exactly why I hired them. They offered to call my housing office since they claimed to be contracted. I called my housing office the next day and they said they never received a call and I also did not get a call back. Besides that massive circus, the house was cleaned and carpets were visibly clean, so that's why they got two stars. read more

I will definitely use J&I Cleaning Services again!! I was looking for a move out cleaner for a townhouse that I was selling, Buyers requested to close earlier than expected. J&I was able to schedule me in a couple of days notice. Excellent cleaning crew, that included a carpet cleaner that went in to finish up after the crew completed their task. Bathroom sinks looked polished shiny clean which was a surprise after a messy tenant and deck was scrubbed clean after many geckos. Sorry I didn't think to take photos. Very expensive @ $600 for move out clean.. only needed mop and wipe. The place was left cleaner at move out than when we moved in. We even cleaned blinds and overhead fans.. read more

Holy crap! First off, let me say... super impressed! Toilet bowl ring, that I have spent hours trying to destroy, was completely cleaned off. Soap scum on walls and sinks... Gone! Finito! Super fast. We are super good at cleaning but Trish and the crew came in and made us look like chumps. Super good price too! Other companies gave me a baseline of size of house and did charge add ons PER WINDOW and other things that we would consider normal. Granted my house was empty and already had a normal cleaning (move out) from us, but they crushed the job super fast. Then, when they were finished, they were cool enough to clean small areas or things that I pointed out during my walk through. Absolutely will use them again when the service is needed! I was looking for an affordable company that could clean our wonderful - well loved kid assassinated sectional. I had attempted to clean it myself and the water spots left on it were absolutely insane. I reached out to another company who didn't even look at our furniture and said it would basically be impossible to get out the stains. However, I connected with Irene at this company and without hesitation she said they could do it. I had low expectations and if the cleaning did not go good was just going to buy a new sofa. They arrived early to my home, steam cleaned our furniture and then asked if we approved of the job they had done. They were able to get all the stains out and give us an almost new sofa. Amazing! Since we have a 1 year old, 10 year old and 9'year old I am sure we will be using them again in the next 6 months. Would definitely recommend giving them a shot! read more

First of all, I send them pictures for a quote including stripping and waxing. They told me $500.00. I has bids lower but though it was fair. Second, I left a bag or tools and cleaning supplies in the apartment that they threw out with seeing if I wanted. When I went to pay them, they added additional charge for doing the waxing and stripping bringing the total bill to $800.00. They refused to adjust bill for items thrown out. They refused to stand by their additional quote. When I told them that I was going to contact the credit card company, they told me that I was committing fraud. So who really played baited and switch. read more

We just received our full security deposit back thanks to a spectacular move out cleaning from J&I. They were very friendly and professional and did an amazing job cleaning and shampooing the carpets for half the cost of any other quotes I received. The property manager of our rental required professional cleaners and I wish J&I had done the cleaning before we moved in last year so we could have enjoyed their attention to detail. Hired for move out sale-of-house cleaning. Bad communications; not responsive to calls or texts; changed date without notice (aaarrgggh!), and then only did an average cleaning (really hate when you have to clean up after the cleaners) but still charged the higher end of quote. Disappointed, not the professional performance we expected. read more
