First of all, do not hire this company. They are not prompt, and may not even show up like they did with me. I had a time slot, confirmed by the owner, Brad Young for a Sunday morning at 9. I waited and waited.....so about 9:30 I text the owner and after back and forth texts, two workers showed up about 1 p.m. Four hours after the schedule start time. They did an okay work, but nothing spectacular. Forgot to do several places so they returned the next day. What I was concerned about it the array of canned goods that went missing. I recall them asking me if I'd like them to throw it out, I also said to leave it on the side. When I checked my cupboards later on, a lot of food was missing. After further checking so was my gate remote. I do not know if they planned on coming back later to rob my place but at great expense I had the codes redone. They also dumped, I mean dumped a whole lot of stuff that they didn't put away on the counter so it was not usable. Terrible. They came next day and tried to remedy the situation, too late. Arguing with the Boss did no good, so we settled on a refund of $100.00 to me. I would not hire this company at all nor trust them alone in my home. I am now getting texts from the owner threatening to sue me for slander. This guy Brad is a bit too much if you write a bad review on his company. I've had about 7 texts in the last few minutes and two phone calls. If you hire them be prepared to deal with the wrath of his anger in the aftermath. I am not sabotaging the company nor trying to, I am simply stating my opinion of what transpired. Both of the items mentioned in their response was done on the second day so the matter that she references is MOOT. No, not at all, Nope!!! Don't hire them. Crappy service even worst customer service. On May 23rd After EIGHT hours...eight hours guys....and amount I won't even mention here on Yelp, my home was left still not clean. I emailed the person in charge Brad- with pictures, he called me right away- saying how upset he was as this was the second complaint within two weeks of the people who "cleaned" my home. He offered to have someone come within 2 hours and a partial refund and he would give me a call after he spoke to someone that could come out....2 hours go by...nothing no phone call or anything. So I ended up cleaning myself. I emailed he said he would call me back. NOTHING so, a few days go by, I email again- he says send address for partial refund-I did. Still nothing. Emailed 2 more times asking for receipt of service and refund and get an email back saying I'm threatening them?!?! It is now June 10th How long does it take to mail something in Hawaii FROM Hawaii. Major Letdown and stress! I scheduled this company 3 weeks in advance to do a top to bottom move-out clean including carpet cleaning, screens, appliances, windows and fans, scheduled for July 31. They sent me a very professional invoice after I accepted their quote and I had high hopes. When I called to confirm that they were coming the evening before the scheduled clean (they had not contacted me in the weeks following my booking of their services)- no response. Tried again the "morning of" , left a voicemail and text and also emailed. They called me about one hour later saying they were calling to confirm that they would be there at the scheduled time and apologized, saying the number I had called was "down". That excuse didn't hold much water but I let it go. Two guys show up in a Shrek Green unmarked van that appeared to have been stored in a junkyard and had no front license plate. The reason I checked their van was because when they showed up one of them said that someone had "double booked" another clean on my date so they had to scramble to schedule me in. I couldn't even tell if these guys were from the company or not since they had called me from an unknown number. Two guys show up to clean a 2,000 ft townhouse from top to bottom. I mention that I expected a crew of 4-6 for such a clean, and they said "yes, normally that would be the case". They told me not to worry, that they would make sure all was done before they left that day. Then they ask me if I also wanted to carpets done. I should have followed my gut at that point and told them to go- they apparently didn't even know what they were there for. I told them that I had scheduled a top to bottom move out clean package including everything from screens and windows to appliances, fans and everything in between. Since the place was empty and fairly clean already I thought maybe they could pull if off with just two guys if they worked hard so I ignored my gut feeling. They seemed like nice enough guys so I put my doubts aside and left the place to go unpack and attend to other chores at my new place down the street. They were at my place from 10:45 am - 9 pm and left to take a one hour lunch break at some point. This is what I found the next day (today) when I met my property manager to do the move-out check: kitchen cabinets not cleaned at all, all screens left outside off the windows, carpet obviously cleaned with a rental from Safeway- still wet with huge track marks from the cleaning vac and the entire place smelling of soap suds, 2 of the three bathrooms not cleaned, tiled floor not cleaned, jalousies not cleaned, parts from refrigerator left outside and not cleaned. I'll see if I can add the photos I took of the place this morning after they had "cleaned it from top to bottom", I have never had to post a review like this before. Currently I have another company in the townhouse re-doing the carpets and drying them because I am afraid they will mildew and I will be the responsible party to my property manager. I am going to also need to schedule another company to come and do the move out clean asap before I can get my security deposit back. This company "Aloha Bubble Shack" gave me a SATISFACTION GUARANTEE on this clean and this is one of the reasons I chose them above others. Before I booked, they promised me that they would come back as many times as necessary to make sure that my property manager was approving of the move out clean. I called them after viewing the horrible job that was done and spoke to two different people on the phone both claiming to be the owner of the business. They were apologetic but didn't seem surprised by the fact that the place was not clean at all and the carpets were wet. They said they would send over someone later today to clean the place again. After sending them the photos of everything that was left dirty, wet and undone, I did not get any response. At this point my faith in them is totally demolished and I have decided not to let them back into my property. There is no way they can explain what happened to any satisfaction and there is also no way they can make me confident enough to deal with them in any way ever again. read more

My two bedroom condo needed granite floor cleaning. Many of the vendors who claimed that they did floor cleaning turned out to be lots of noise with no action. I am so happy that I met this company. I sent in an e mail to them and within 10 minutes received a phone call from Brandon from the company. He came by and gave me a quote. They came yesterday and did an unbelievable job cleaning my unit. The projected that it was a 4 hour job and ended up spending 6 hours! They also cleaned my carpets and rugs. After debating if I should post a review, I decided it was necessary to warn the people of Honolulu about this business!! I had an extremely similar experience to Joanne and Gayle in the reviews below. To sum it up, the Aloha Bubble Shack didn't do half the work they promised, took our Fob key after they BAILED on the job, had terrible customer service and communication, and left our apartment unclean- forcing my roommates and I to finish the "top to bottom" service ourselves. Aloha Bubble Shack Cleaners are an unprofessional, unethical, thrown-together group with very little cleaning experience. Two days of lies, manipulation, half-assed work, lateness, and frustration later...I can confidently say that Aloha Bubble Shack Cleaners are one of the worst businesses I've ever had to deal with. Its owners, management, and employees lack professionalism and work ethic. The Aloha Bubble Shack Cleaners tried to lie, cheat, and scam me many times, and no customer willing to pay $400 for a service should be treated that way. The worth experience EVER -- minus 10 stars would be appropriate. I had engage this company in hopes for a professional cleaning experience of my AirBnB. Had even talked to some of there references. It was a back2back cleaning so not too much margin of error. They simply never showed up. Simply terrible and unprofessional -- left countless message on both numbers. Long story short, after seeing a dermatologist, a thorough cleaning of my house was necessary to take steps back to a healthier/cleaner lifestyle. I'm highly allergic to mold, dust, and bed bugs. Carpets are a great home to host these little demons. I was referred by a friend to call Aloha Bubble Shack. As I explained my situation to Brad, he sympathized with my situation and scheduled me very quickly. I wasn't even expecting them to be available for at least a week, but they were able to come through within the next two days. I've never seen my carpets so clean! Their attention to detail is incomparable! I forgot my carpets natural color. The grime and water-stains on my bathroom sink were gone. And talk about my walls!!! Finally ONE COLOR!!! Not only did they clean, I asked if they could toss my old mattress and help put in my new one and they did it with no hesitation! I was looking for a fair price for a house deep-clean and had these folks come out. The two guys that cake were super friendly and did a great job. They tried to get everything I asked done and I could tell they really, really tried! I would have loved to pay extra for an hour or two longer so we could get everything on my "wish list" done, but they were called in to another job. These guys were freaking amazing!!!! I am a real review and not paid and am a more than happy customer. They took my job on one days notice! They came early! They were in proper protective gear! They use professional machines! The carpets they cleaned for me was in a 3 bedroom with a stairwell covered in carpet as well. The carpets looked almost brand new after they finished with it. They were polite, local, respectful, mindful, helpful, and knew what they were doing. They even helped me big time moving myself while I was in the process of moving my house in order to clear the carpets so they could clean the carpets. So many words to describe the service and professionalism! I called Bubble Shack 24 hours in advance and they came thru!! Let me start by expressing how amazing William is. He was the technician that came to my mom's little apartment to clean yesterday. He arrived 25 minutes early and called me. We weren't prepared and I wasn't planning on getting there until the exact scheduled time and Williams was kind enough to wait. He politely introduced himself to us and let us know exactly what he would be doing. He walked us through the entire unit step by step explaining what he would do and gave us a time frame. We weren't going to be there so he offered to call us 30 minutes before he would finish so that we could come back. Immediately we knew that he could be trusted. We had a couple of big items that we weren't able to remove from the living room and bedroom and he was so kind and move them to the side so he could clean around it. Usually companies will charge a moving fee if they have to move heavy Furniture items. But Williams did not expect anything for that. In hindsight I should have gave him extra money for furniture moving. Due to the extreme condition of the unit he went overtime and did not charge us a penny extra. He stuck to the quoted price. 30 minutes before he was done he called me and we went over and he was finished. William worked really hard on my mom's unit and I have to admit, for a young man, working independently, he did an amazing job!! Qilliam also provided his own tools and cleaning supplies. That is a big deal and rather big personal investment by the company. My family and I will be referring this company to all of our family and friends and we will continue to use this cleaning service in the future! read more

I only gave a 1 star because it makes you choose one. Thee most unprofessional and unreliable business I've almost ever came across. We called on a Friday and confirmed for $200 for a studio cleaning on the next Monday. The owner called me and after hearing what our living experience was even OFFERED to be there while our landlord walked thru on the 31st because of how solidly they stood by their cleaning job. Told me she was a landlord herself but that nobody should have to live like we did. Not only did she pull a no-show, she also ignored ALL texts, messages, and calls from our phones that day and into the next. I even sent her a respectful text asking her that it was okay if they got too busy but to please just let me know. Still haven't heard from her and it cost me an EXTRA $200 (on top of the $200) for having to book elsewhere and last minute. I get that you may be unhappy with your job but bitch? Be friggin professional at least. I'm a federal employee, combat veteran, and hate my life too. I still have enough common courtesy to call in when I'm not able to make it. read more

ABS Carpet Cleaning was excellent from start to finish. Brad responded to my email inquiry right away. I inquired on Friday, 9/6/19 and much to my delight, he could clean my carpet the very next day. Since he was delayed for our 9:30 a.m. appointment, he politely called to inform me of such and came shortly thereafter. My carpet really needed cleaning since I just removed a very large sofa that had prevented me from cleaning the room for a very long time. With the sofa removed, I could see that the carpet really needed to be spruced up; cleaned and sanitized. Well, Brad, with his equipment and know how rejuvenated my worn down carpeting. He diligently shampooed and steam cleaned the carpet in my living room and stairs. Where there were stubborn stains in a number of areas, he made it a point to work on those sections several times. All his hard work paid off for he weaved his "magic" and the appearance of my carpet improved 100%. His fair pricing and quality work has given me a lot of satisfaction knowing that my carpet not only looks so much better, but also makes for a healthier environment. The initial contact with this company was great. I called them at 11AM explaining we had an emergency same day cleaning at a vacation home that needed to be done and was gladly told it could be completed. They needed me to provide specific information on the property which I provided them immediately. They put us down for 4:00/4:30PM and was very pleased. UNTIL... I received a call AT 5PM! and said they were NO LONGER ABLE TO MAKE IT!!! wow.. just wow.. after such a pleasant conversation earlier in the day I was completely blown away! The excuse was he had a busy schedule. I honestly would have been fine if I was turned away from the start if they were busy; totally understandable. But what I could not understand was if he had a busy schedule, why was I even given this great deal and hope, and why was I not given a call for cancellation earlier?! We had the current guests checking out at 4PM and a new group of guests checking in at 8PM the same night. So scrambling to get another cleaner at 5PM before our next guests arrival at 8PM was so stressful. Aloha Bubble did arrange for a female to rush out there and clean after expressing our concerns and disappointment, I'll give them that, but at that point their service was no longer wanted. read more
