Because of the name and website of this Business i got fooled, I was expecting a great experience for a simple Job to fill two simple hair lines cracks, some simple patches and paint the deck! Below are pictures of what it looks like the same day he "claimed" it was completed! Mr Sawyers refuses to complete, to fixing and painting the job and wanting the balance payment without completing the job, to give customer satisfaction as expected from his professional Contract! I send him tons of messages for him to complete my job which he refuses. Is this how it is in Central Florida? The job was about $1600, He took 50% deposit upfront upon signing agreement, then he took $150 money to buy paint the day of arrival his contract stated, was a red flag however i was expecting a very reputable, professional company for great results when i signed agreement! Isn't it you get a complete and satisfied Job before you pay the final balance in Florida agreements? you know what i repeatedly ask him to come check this work even i sent him the pictures, so we complete payment so i get the warranty he offers after completion! After 3 months the pool deck has been destroyed with Chlorine because of the type of paint. I can post pictures after. I want to focus on the incomplete job first with the pictures the day he claimed it was completed! Tell me about the picture below please? Note They warn us not because of an attractive website, a nice post card handout, or in the community flyers means they are to be trusted! I know we need to check BBB, and check reviews before hiring any company to work at your home. Today companies buy reviews, or they have friends and family do reviews so you have to read and check dates, location You have to be super carefully!

I was reluctant to write a review until the final straw of disappointment was done. After waiting…read morenearly a month, Jude called to inform me i will have a team start and finish my landscaping, ONE guy showed and he was working solo for the duration of the job, the guy barely spoke English and had to call Gabe to interrupt everything I had to ask. They delivered sick paradise crotons, and dried out hedges and installed them. I was upset, next day i called the owner and he apologized then told me additional plants were coming from Miami, which made absolutely NO SENSE, I compromised and referenced I can go to the Home Depot to get the plants I actually wanted , because I did not ask for Paradise Crotons. After making a trip to the Home Depot i purchased the plants and watch the new crew installed the new plants and mulch. The landscape lights were a second bad experience, the owner said u want just want 5 lights correct I said NO, I told Gabe 11, and pointed out where they were going, the owner said well we have 9, I looked at the package and the lights were $99 from Amazon for 9 lights? I was again upset, then he had to get extra wires as the package only had 80 feet of wire, it was enough wire, the owner called someone and simply left the job and left it up to one person to handle the job. After they all left my water pressure for the irrigation was low and one zone was not working. The guys busted 3 pipes. This was the final straw. Gabe ask if he could come by and resolve the matter my wife i had enough of the disaster and hired an irrigation company that pointed all the areas destroyed. I will not recommend or use this company again. The cost of my irrigation bill was $600 ... i am so upset... I understand that accidents happen but the busted pipes could have been identified when the job was completed, the owner and worker left. In attempt to resolve the irrigation, the trust is gone due to your initial delivery of weak and sick plants, how could you dare try to plant sick plants, the only credit i will give is you reduced the amount of the plants purchased from home dept from the overall bill. Paying $3500 minus the cost of the plants at $173.00 i felt ripped off. $99 Amazon lights, mulch is about $200 at maximum. This is not the level of service anyone should receive.
