Now remember this is a boutique and not a large department store. The ladies who work in this location literally ignored each person who came there to shop but as soon as another race walked in the hello's, welcomes, may I help you opening lines seem to be in abundance... Sure it was only a $63 order but I could have used my money elsewhere to ensure the order got where it needed to be. So to sum it up, I really wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt. But over a month for any response via email and then just basically getting an "oops sorry" response is crazy to me. At least I got the refund at the end of the day.
