I got it fixed once before but the issue came back, so I decided it was time to rip the bath rub out and install something new. I reached out to a bunch of contractors in the Palm Springs area and got people over to provide me with quotes. Turns out some did not have proper licenses (yet advertise they do), some quoted me for labor but wanted me to go buy all the parts and tiles, some showed up an hour late etc. Gio made a perfect impression. He communicated well about his ETA, talked me through the process and provided me with a rough estimate. Later that evening, he sent me a quote via email with the breakdown and I also got to select the tile at that point. Gio had also renovated bathrooms in a few other condos in my HOA, which definitely gave me even more confidence. I paid the down-payment and Marco showed up a few days later with his workers. They put down paper and plastic everywhere to try and keep my place as clean and dust free as possible. They ripped out the bathroom in one day. Then the plumber came to redo plumbing. He rebuilt the pipes and drain, which was definitely needed. They then left water standing in the drain during the weekend to make sure it wouldn't leak (it didn't). Then the tilers took about 3 days doing the sides and floor. On the final day, the plumber came back to install the fixtures and sliding door. Start to finish, the labor took a week. The workers always showed up within the hour that they said they would. Gio and Marco were super available via call and text when needed. And everyone was super friendly. I can't thank them enough for the amazing job they did.

Him and his team went above and beyond on so many things. For example, he would send me constant text updates with photos and descriptions as my family and I were waiting to move in. He is always in the best spirits eager to help you and I can't emphasize enough how responsive he is. Most notably, her efforts and demeanor took a 180-degree turn once the transaction closed and her commission was in the bank. True colors were shown. As a final act of goodness, she refused to bring the key to the home at the time I was to take possession because the home was too far from her office...I guess it was 'inconvenient'. ...although she finally agreed to have someone do it for her. This agent does not have a 'How can I help make your experience great' mentality. Certainly there are other realtors that deserve your patronage and money...not this one.

Daniel Ferretti acted as his own agent when listing his house for rent, so we worked directly with…read morehim. We weren't quite ready to commit after our tour since we were hoping for a place with a pool, so he told us he wanted to install one there and could probably get it done within a few months. We lived there almost a year, and no construction was ever started. But he did have one installed at the house next door that he also owns. Worse than this, he promised to get all repairs done immediately, including adding a screen to the sliding glass door in our bedroom and the window in our dining room. This was never done, which resulted in higher electric bills for us because during months that we could have left the window and door open we were unable to do so because there were no screens. Four months before our lease was ending, Daniel informed us that he was planning to sell the house. Normally it would have been great to get this much notice, but after we told him that we would probably stay for most of the remaining time because it was not a good time in our lives to search for a place and move, he offered a financial incentive for us to move out early. He sent us a listing and offered to help us find a place, but he did not relay our questions to the listers and didn't have great communication with us about properties, so we decided to use someone else for our search. After we had submitted applications and paid for a month-long Zillow subscription to submit more, Daniel's deal for selling the house fell through. Even though we had rearranged our lives to try to move out earlier because of the financial incentive he offered, he told us he would no longer be giving that to us. Instead, he said that he would return our full deposit as long as there was no damage. But upon move out he tried to back out of this promise as well before finally following through while acting as if he was doing us a favor. Along the way, he claimed we needed to provide more notice for moving out than is legally required. Luckily, we knew our rights as renters, but many people do not, which is why I wanted to share this review so that people are aware of who they would be dealing with if they choose to work with Daniel. Also of note, Daniel's response to an earlier version of this review that I posted was to text me directly and threaten to take me to court if it wasn't removed. In real estate transactions you want someone who can keep their cool even when they're unhappy, and this action definitely does not display that ability.
