They…read morehad your typical fare that you would expect at a fourth of July picnic - BBQ ribs, chicken sliders, beef sliders, chicken wraps, and nachos and cheese. We got the BBQ ribs and some beef sliders. The BBQ sauce was mildly sweet, tangy and pretty good. Unbeknownst to us at the time, apparently they've won a couple of awards for their sauce. The ribs themselves - were decent but not spectacular. They were flavored well with the BBQ sauce but not really fall-off-the-bone tender as I would hope. The beef sliders were not burgers as we expected but rather thin slices of beef between burger buns. The beef was not flavored with the BBQ sauce and ended up lacking flavor and tasting kind of drab. We might try this truck again, but only stick to their BBQ food options.

This truck made a surprise stop outside my office today. The Pulled Pork BBQ sandwich I got was…read morejust O.K. First impression was that it was on the smaller side. The pork was a little dry and tasted unseasoned on it's own, and the BBQ sauce didn't strike me as terribly unique or flavorful. And all the sauce got soaked up by this really dry bun, so overall the sandwich left me a little disappointed that I'd spent $8.00 on a sandwich that was neither award winning or saucy. The side dish and drink options were very limited. I do appreciate that it was fast (some sandwiches, like the Cuban, were "pre-made" as I learned when a co-worker requested one with no pickles) and that you accepted credit cards. If I had to make any suggestions, perhaps additional seasoning on the meat itself or store it in a way that keeps it from drying out? Also, fresher buns. I know BBQ sauce is really subjective, but the dryness of the meat and the bun are just facts. For $8.00, this is more in the price range of a sandwich + fry/side dish platter offering from similar sandwich food trucks that come through the business complex I work in. I'm writing this about 4 hours after having sandwich and a very meager $1.00 side of coleslaw... my co-workers and I who ate at Pig Lickin' Good BBQ today are STARVING!!! Will not be a patron in the future, sad to say.

The Cheezylicious Food Truck was at the June First Friday in Canton and decided to give it a try. When I hear Cheezy or any variation in a name my ears and eyes perk up with a giant smile on my face. I was really looking forward to this food truck, but isn't wasn't as cheesy as I was imagining. During my visit, I ordered the CheezyBurger Melt: Seasoned ¼lb Beef Patty Original Cheezylicious Sauce *Cheddar Cheese Lettuce & Tomatoes - Grilled on Texas Toast I tasted more of any onion taste than cheese taste even though my melt didn't have onions on it It was worth the try though and the workers were friendly & working together.
