Has been a month, I am waiting for a part for my Samsung laptop and I have not received a phone response from these people. Nothing happened. When emailing them, I am getting an automated email response, and when I call nobody is picking up the phone. When you talk to Samsung directly they do not give any response. My samsung refrigerator was not cooling and so I ordered all of the parts that might fix it: fan, circuit board, sensor. The fridge resumed working after the circuit board was replaced and so the fan was excess. It was in an unopened pristine box. J&J refused to accept the return even though it passed all of their requirements. My last messages to them simply asked for "the sentence in their policy that was the basis of disallowal". Their response...crickets. I wrote to the California Attorney General who sent them a letter asking for explanation, but that was weeks ago and haven't heard a thing. Terrible company! What I find hilarious is that there are so many fake 5-star reviews which are countered by real people giving 1-star reviews. You can tell all the 5-star ones are fake since they (1) have only written like 2 reviews, so these are fake profiles and (2) every 5-star review is very short and generic, while all the 1-star reviews go into detail about terrible experiences. Really sad that J&J has to resort to something like that to maintain a 2-star rating... Ordered a part from them and it arrived broken. Obviously I asked for a refund and sent the part back along with the receipt they asked me to include. One month later and no response. I reach out and ask what happened, and they said they can't give a refund because the part was broken. Um, yes, it is broken. That's why I'm returning it. They say it can't be refunded because the package was opened. What. Imagine sending someone a box with a broken thing (imagine it was a phone or something) and then you tell them they can't get a refund because the box was opened. Overall they refused to help, and now I'm out a few hundred dollars for literally nothing (I don't even have the broken part since I sent it to them, not that I'd be able to do anything with it anyways). Worst company ever. I was referred to them by Samsung to get a part that I needed for my 4000 dollar range\stove. I have tried to find the part number, but there is no consistency on their web site so I can't tell what part number I really need. Then when I try to call their phone number to confirm the part I need the phone just gives a busy signal. After re-trying 40 times, I get into the hold pattern for 2 hours, and then they hang up on you. When I got back into the hold pattern again after 30 mins they give you an option for a call back, but when they called back 2 hours later they immediately hang up the phone. The 5 star ratings on here are fake. If I could give zero stars I would. I am not sure how this company is still in business. read more

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. This company is shady at best. Called them to replace a vegetable crisper drawer front that had cracked. They sent me a shelf instead. I sent the part back, and paid for the shipping. This happened in February. I am still waiting for a refund on the wrong part they sent. They now have me going through Encompass, which is their supply chain distributor, apparently. I have spoken to these people no less than seven times since February trying to get this resolved (when they answer the phone). I am on hold. Again. I purchased 2 side door bins for my refrigerator over 3 weeks ago. These are not cheap @ $72.00 ea. plus $45 for shipping and handling , what a money grab. I live in the same state as J&J, NJ. If I could give a minus 5 stars I would. I needed two screws for a tv stand for my Samsung. They insisted that I needed 6 screws and charged $19.67 to send them. I received them and as I had suspected they were the incorrect screws. I immediately called and asked to return them. They said they would review the phone call. Had a defective bulb on a brand new Samsung microwave. Called Samsung "customer service" (very loose term), was redirected to their "parts department," which turns out to be J & J International, a purported division of Samsung. Unsurprisingly, I got a recording, stating customer service/parts was experiencing a "high call volume." Within 30 seconds, another message announces that they were still busy (in so many words), and directed me to "call back in an hour," then *click* it hangs up!... What the ???.... I immediately called back and this time was lucky enough to at least be placed in a queue (#3). After waiting almost 30 minutes in the queue, I finally reached a representative with J&J, and relayed all the information I had previously given the customer service rep at Samsung. The agent was able to locate the part # for the bulb, and quoted $4.85 plus shipping, for the new bulb. I asked why I would have to pay for the bulb, since this was clearly a manufacturer defect on a brand-new, just-installed appliance. She curtly snapped: "we aren't Samsung, you'll need to take that up with their warranty department!" I realize that it's only a $5 bulb, but this isn't about $5, it's about principle; it's about a company failing to step up and resolve an issue with an obvious manufacturer defect. It's about a company failing to empower its employees and representatives to resolve a simple issue in order to take care of the customer, and fostering a positive relationship with the very people that keep them in business. This company has the worst customer service IF you can reach someone. The order department will call you back or you can be on hold for over 20 minutes. The customer service department does NOT call you back. They will send you an email communcation that does not address your concern entirely. There could be more than one person that may send you some response even if you mention which person sent you the first email in hopes that there may be some consistency. One of my Samsung vegetable drawers broke. I ordered the part except the drawer that arrived was one inch too big. I measured the left and right side drawers and the left side is one inch larger than the right side. I spoke to the order department and told them that they sent the wrong part. They gave me a return authorization number but only reimburse for the part not the shipping even though THEY sent the wrong part. This happened twice! I finally found another source which sent the correct size vegetable drawer. I would avoid this company for any replacement parts even though it may be the first one that pops up with "genuine Samsung parts". I told them they should measure what they have listed as it was the wrong size. They say they have no way of doing so. All they would have to do is open one box and measure and see the dimensions are wrong. I do wonder why Samsung has two different size drawers for their refrigerators. It took me 4 months to get all my parts (and still in progress). I ordered 4 items they sent me the each in separately (like one item on Jan and the other one on Feb, etc). One of the item was wrong. It was their fault, but I have to order new one and waited 2 more months to get the right item. They told me they will refund my money once they get the item back (wrong item that they sent me). Dear Gentlemen, I purchase by phone a Samsung TV stand from your company. At the time i thought it was an outrageous price to pay for this item but was told by your on the phone agent that it was an correct buy at a reasonable price. Upon receiving the parts I realized that I ordered the stand for the wrong TV. Upon return the items back to your warehouse i was informed that an item in the box was damaged, and I would not receive ant compensation money wise for the damaged part. In the process of returning these the items I did not open the box that the items were shipped in to me and just took the box to my nearest UPS store for return. Absolutely awful experience talking to customer service, starting out with waiting on hold and then being hung up on as they tried to answer their phone. Samsung recommended I buy a specific part number from samsungparts.com. It never occurred to me that (a) Samsung wouldn't know which part I really need, or that (b) samsungparts.com is not really affiliated with Samsung, but both are true. Even though their website is samsungparts.com and Samsung support actually refers you to them to buy parts, J&J customer service pretends they are completely unrelated. It cost $65 to ship the (wrong) part to me, and neither samsungparts.com nor Samsung want to refund the shipping charge with my return. samsungparts.com says they're not liable for "misinformation from third parties." (The "third party" in this case IS SAMSUNG SUPPORT!) When I realized the part was wrong, I first chatted with Samsung support. They told me it should be no problem, just talk to samsungparts.com (J&J) to straighten it out. samsungparts.com says no way, they won't refund the shipping because it was Samsung's fault. I went back to chat with Samsung support and relay this info. They are apologetic but then ultimately their answer is the useless "you can return the part to the parts store and order the correct part." (GEE, THANKS!) I reiterate that I want Samsung to refund the shipping fees to me since the problem was on their end. Their response: "Part numbers are subjected to change prior to notice." My bad, I guess I figured SAMSUNG would know the right part number for SAMSUNG products, and/or that they would stand behind their customer service and do the right thing. I requested to speak with a manager, but the manager told me the same thing. They keep telling me "we said the part number could change." REALLY?!?!? So, how do you go about getting the right part? I ordered a check valve for my Samsung dishwasher on 7/30/2021and paid for 3-day air shipping. On 8/6, I did not receive the part yet and called them but was put on hold for approximately 40 minutes and finally gave up. I submitted an inquiry to my order online after trying to call and received an email notification that the inquiry was received. On 8/9, I received an email from customer service that said the part was out of stock, which was not stated on their website when I made the purchase. By this time, I ordered the check valve from another dealer at a higher cost and asked for a refund. I received no answer. I finally received the part on 9/15.
