This is for the Astoria location. Lowball offers. Only one of the workers was attentive. But kept taking pictures of my items to send to a female that made the final offer. As we all know pictures doesn't do any justice. One guy there...don't know if he worked there or not...was completely annoying and kept chiming into the business. Even laughing when I gave a suggested offers on how much I would to get for my items. But since the place just got robbed recently...maybe that's why the lowball offers. Also, there was nothing at this location even worth buying. They seemed to care more about Jordan's and Yeezys more than anything else. I ended up selling elsewhere. read more

I've been to 2 of their locations and it is not worth it. I tried selling my MCM items in their Astoria location however the owner said they had too many MCM bags and were offering $250 for a handbag and wallet. Obviously, I declined and left. I tried selling my Gucci tote and wristlet in their Jamaica location and the gentleman wanted to offer $200 for my Gucci items. They offered to pay more for my MCM items as opposed to my Gucci items?! According to the owner, my Gucci handbags were outdated. They do not pay the highest cash prices as they specify!! They make low ball offers!! Not even worth the time. I rather sell my items myself. read more

Service was great! Fast and quick. I would recommend coming here they work with you and they have great/quality items for sale.

I came here with my entire collection and sold it for 27000$ cash. It took me just an hour to make this deal, I was super impressed with Alena's understanding for high end designer shoes and bags. Always love the environment. Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, off whites... was a collector for years and right now gave it in a good hands! I tell everyone about this place. Amazing shop! Fast cash and no hassle. First time selling anything and did some shopping around but Meyer made it easy for me to sell my old for good price. Definitely coming back. read more

Service was horrible, guy was very rude. Customer service sucks if I coulda gave this place a negative star I would. He barely looked at me while he was holding my item and telling me he wouldn't wear it. First of all it was a ladies watch (invicta) in impeccable condition. It wasn't for him obviously. Instead of being respectful and telling me that he didn't think it was worth much (mind you I paid $500 for it). All these pawn shops play the same low ball game so they can resell your shit for triple what they gave you. I'm sure I'd get more selling on let go or offer up. read more

They buy sneakers, jackets, jewelry, electronics, handbags, wallets etc. If it has value this place will buy it. This business gives honest and fair prices. Even got an free excedrin after making a purchase! What other place will do this?! Bring all your items here if you'd like to sell it. Think your item is worthless? The bald guy is rude and made a face at me when I asked what price he could do for an item and ignored me. Tried to tell me false information so I could give into his low ball price. Great experience ! Came looking for an iPad mini for my son and they were extremely knowledgeable about explaining the differences between all of the models and didn't try to up sell me to a model that i didn't need. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE THEY WASTED MINE!!! I would give no stars if I could. I contacted them in advance about two brand new (in season) Valentino bags I wanted to sell. They told me although highly interested in the bags they didnt want to discuss what they would purchase them for via phone because I could be a competitor. I explained I was coming from far and didnt want to waste my time. So a few days passed and I called today asking what time they would close I wanted to come by they told me 7pm. When I arrived at the shop the metal gate was down signaling they were closed. I called and asked the guy if they were open he asked if I could come back an hour to an hour and a half later they were busy with another customer. So again I explained I was coming from far and didnt want to wait. The guy then tells me the two bags I sent them photos of they didnt want to purchase for cash was only will to consign them and they would take 30%, which is more than what poshmark/tradesy and most consignment shops are charging. Not to only point out these online shops also reach a wider array of people. Had they just told me from jump they wanted to consign vs telling me they wanted to buy the bags, I would have never drove the hour and a half. And all the guy could say was "You must have spoken to someone else" when I initially contacted them. There shouldnt be a disconnect of communication. read more

They don't give good deals. I bought in a few items and they tried to rip me off on a $450 and $500 item for only $20.

I came by to sell some scrap jewelry and coins and was told by the slender blonde lady they couldn't buy it because the manager had stepped out...but he would be back in ten minutes. Half an hour later, she was still trying to track him down on the phone. If the store is "We Buy Goods" or "We Buy Gold" (the sign says one thing, but the business card says something else. Seems kinda weird-which one is registered with the BBB?) then someone should be there to, you know, actually buy goods. I finally left because I have better things to do than wait and see IF a manager shows up. The lady told me they close at 8. At 7:30 when I came back the store was already locked and gated. I would go for phone repairs, the tech guy, John, seems to be the only one in the store with any idea what's going on. Maybe the manager has a clue, but if he's AWOL then he's useless. I had no problem with the last repair, it was done quickly and didn't cost too much. The repairs and tech stuff is the best deal around. The kicker is, the lady can't SELL anything either. So why is she there? Why does no one even have an idea what the store's hours are? Most stores post their hours...then again, most stores have employees. read more
