Instead, a Spanish-speaking representative contacted me and I literally had to use Google Translate just to communicate. Jonathan, who I was originally working with, has still never contacted me with any updates or information. The lack of communication and professionalism is honestly ridiculous. After reading the other reviews again, it's clear they were right. The price seemed too good to be true, and now it's obvious why. Save yourself the time and frustration and go with a different company. This place clearly doesn't care about communicating with their customers once they've got your attention.

We were told they were "running late." At 12:00 PM, a single mover finally showed up--and he was excellent. However, at 1:30 PM, two additional people arrived who were clearly under the influence. One of them, a woman, was nodding off and not helping at all. Then at 2:00 PM, yet another person arrived. What makes this worse is that only two movers were originally scheduled for 8:00 AM, yet four different people trickled in hours late. Because of these delays and lack of professionalism, the job didn't finish until after 4:30 PM, even though we were supposed to be on the road by noon or 1:00 PM. This forced us to stay an extra night unexpectedly. Afterward, the owner demanded payment for four movers instead of two, and the bill presented was double the quoted price. When payment was questioned and cancelled due to the incorrect amount, the owner retaliated by sharing the client's personal information, which led to repeated harassment. Overall, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. Absolutely do not recommend this company to anyone.

As a widow and parent of a medically fragile daughter, I chose this company specifically because of the excellent service I received last year. This time, the crew worked for approximately five hours with no complaints. The lead driver performed a walkthrough, used my bathroom, and the team packed and loaded belongings without raising any concerns about the condition of the home. Everything changed when it came time to move our stacked washer and dryer unit (329 lbs). Suddenly, the lead driver claimed the apartment was so filthy it was making him sick and they could no longer continue. This was the first time any issue was mentioned. Two days prior, maintenance workers had been in the same apartment and specifically commented on how clean it was. I was left with furniture, beds, and belongings still in the old apartment while the crew stopped for about an hour before disappearing. I had to scramble to figure out what happened to my possessions. Since arriving at the new place, we have also discovered multiple damaged items (couch, end table, broken patio chair, etc.) that were not damaged prior to the move. This experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing. I have no problem leaving glowing feedback when a company performs well -- I did so previously. Unfortunately, this move fell far short of the professional service I expected and paid for. I would not recommend or use this company again. I found them on Thumbtack by entering packing & unpacking "movers." They (3 very tiny men, 2 teenagers & 1 at least 60) came with a large Uhaul & I knew immediately it was not good. Moving from a 3700 sqft home, fully furnished to almost half the size took 15 hours! Thumbtack profile said $79/hr. I am very thorough, this was a big move & had to logistically & strategically plan every detail. I sent SEVERAL pics & discussed them all because he said he would then be able to give me a good estimate, which he never did, so the night before the "move" I texted him stating how we hadn't discussed pricing because originally the "move" was going have to take place over 2 days. I told him I was able to get the entire kitchen packed, linen closest, bedroom clothes in drawers, sent more pics & he said he could do it in one day. He gave me packing supplies estimate! At then end, he tried to charge me $2,700 for 15 hours & said "moving" is separate, which by the way, they didn't unpack 1 thing. They unloaded the truck, left so much stuff on my old home, which I sold & told him the new owners were moving in the very next day. I told them several times can we just get the tv's off? I was so upset. I told him I am having back surgery this month & can't do too much, now I have more than ever to do. Be specific & say, along with packing & unpacking, you need to move things, break down my beds & put them back together & I must have clear estimate beforehand. He gave me an estimate for packing supplies, wrapping, a few boxes because again, I had my own bins already packed & blankets to cover some items.
