I've had acrylic nails for about 12-13 years now and I've had them done at many places in different states but this is the WORST I've ever had. I came to this place becauses it's where my aunt usually gets her pedicures - the pedicure I got was fine but she did a HORRIBLE job on my nails, first she cut them really really short - these were my own nails with a light acrylic overlay. I was overdue for a manicure so they were longer than normal but after soaking off the gel polish she started to cut them right down to the quick - I pulled my hand back and asked her WHAT she was doing. She said she was going to put tips on - I said, I never asked for tips, those were my own nails!!! Then she made it worse by heaping acrylic UNDER the nail bed - so they were really thick and curved like eagle talons. Plus my nails have always been oval but she made some squared and some rounded - none were oval and they were wider at the ends... It was disgusting and ugly. I included before and after pictures of my nails. The only decent thing about the manicure was the nail color and that was because I brought my own. Several times I almost walked out but it was a Sunday and I didn't know of any other places open let alone who might be able to fix what she had done. I would NEVER EVER go back there and my aunt said she won't go back either. When I finally got home to Texas I had them redone and I learned that I had fungus growing under my nailbeds because of the way she had heaped acrylic under there. So this time I had to have all my nails cut down .....terribly disappointing. My aunt said she had never seen this particular person do nails. She should stick to pedicures until she learns how to do nails properly.... read more

I made an appointment for a mani pedi. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time, and was addressed 20 minutes after my appointment time. I no longer had enough time for both things, so I asked for just the manicure. They told me that the staff member who is available cannot do that and if I wanted what I made an appointment for, I'd have to wait longer. No apologies. They should not operate by appointment if walk-ins are their priority as this is poor management. read more

This was my first time going to a nail salon since moving to the area. I was very hesitant and googled several nail salons in the area but decided to give Trinity Nail Spa my business. I was not disappointed at all! The salon was very clean, they used the disposable wraps for the pedicure tub and cleaned the chairs after someone leaves and before someone sits down. Lilly was wonderful! So friendly, detailed and really took her time! They added a new customer to their list, I will be back! read more

One of the best experiences. This place is under new management and they are doing so well! I had a gel manicure and a pedicure today. The manicure looks fantastic and the hand massage was glorious. They do not use the thing that makes me laugh but instead something like a micro plane on the pedicures which made my feet incredibly soft! read more

This is my 5th or 6th visit! Always seated quickly as a walk-in, and I've had nothing but wonderful service! I always get a deluxe pedicure and a gel manicure! My manicures last at least 2 weeks (and I work on a farm), and they have lots of color to chose from :) the pedicure chairs are very relaxing and the place is always clean and quiet :) I started coming here because I got a gift cert from a friend and I haven't gone anywhere since! read more

Very disappointed, have been going for nearly a year. I had a 5 pm appointment today. When I arrived Tiffany was busy but had me sit at a pedicure station. After about 20 mins, her associate ran tepid water & had me soak my feet. Another 20 minutes passed and I decided to dry my feet & go. What a joke. Tiffany couldn't take 2 minutes to say she was behind & give me a heads up as to how long I'd have to wait. Very unprofessional & nasty way to treat any customer, let alone a repeat one read more

I have been coming here for 3 years. Great place and nicely decorated. Though I don't live in the area, I always get my nails done here whenever I come. I love that they use Seaweed gel. It holds up very well, looks so natural, and is so strong. I really love their deluxe Mani-Pedi and would say it is the best I have ever had. The last few times I was there, they have been really busy. Although they take walk-in business, I would recommend an appointment if you can. read more

I've been coming to this nail salon for about 8 years. They have turned over ownership twice, each time with new employees. On my last two visits, four of 10 fingers came away with cuts and bleeding. I've never had this issue before in over 20 years. Then, I find three nails totally crooked due to over filing. When I asked for this to be fixed prior to leaving, I was informed that it was my fingers that were crooked not the nails. Seriously? Evidently longevity means absolutely nothing. The absolute worst esthetic experience of my life. I went in for a manicure and an eyebrow wax. She cut my cuticle on two fingers to the point where they bled. When it came time for my eyebrow wax, she burned my skin with the wax, and took way too much off my eyebrows. I very clearly told her what I wanted done with my brows. I asked her to just clean them up. She then informed me that my brows were uneven, and she thought they needed to be thinner. I said, no thanks please just clean them up. Needless to say, she did what she wanted instead of what I asked for. She waxed, tweezed and cut my brows to the point where there was practically nothing left. When I asked her why she didn't do what I asked, she said "I just wanted you to look good." The skin over my eyes is still puffy and peeling from the wax burn. I left there shaking, I was so angry. I would not recommend this place at all. Today was not my first bad experience there. read more

I just had a horrible experience in this salon. The young man started the process of my pedicure, and first, the water was cold. Not a big deal, but I should have taken it as a sign. As he used a scrub on my feet and legs I noticed a sudden sharp pain in the bottom of my right foot, as if it had been sliced by glass. I wondered aloud if I might have had a small cut and asked him to stop, but he had trouble understanding me. As I tried to get him to stop, I noticed suddenly that I was developing a red bumpy rash where he had scrubbed. I've had plenty of pedicures before and never had this happen. I wanted to know what brands they were using so I could take a picture and make sure not to use it again but again he had trouble understanding me. He called over an older woman, who also didn't understand what I was saying. Finally another manicurist came over and spoke accusingly to me, saying I should have told them I had a problem before they started. WHAT?!?!? I've NEVER had this happen before! Then she said I must have shaved my legs before coming in. Embarrassingly enough, you could see the hair on my legs, I haven't shaved in far too long. I finally got her to let me look at the package the scrub came in and take a picture, but the experience was horrific, especially the rude comments the girl was making to her customer as I fled the store. I wish I could do more than just write a bad review for this place. read more
