Decided to try and give this establishment a bit of local business as I typically use Jay's trophy shop in Modesto as we use hundreds if not thousands of bakelite style labels on HVAC units. My first mistake was not asking for a quote and just having them make the order no questions asked.... I had basically the same order the day before a Jay's trophy shop in Modesto which came to a grand total of $286.00 dollars and 2 more labels that the order I placed here.... To my surprise they charged me over $600.00 dollars which I was floored.... and it took them twice as long to fulfill the order.... The work was good as for the 2 stars but the prices was unbelievable..... This is to bad. They could of gained alot of new business.... read more

Luckily, it was a day that they were actually open... they do have limited days during the week. I came in right when they opened and they were able to accommodate my rush request. I want to give a HUGE shout out to #redimark in Manteca for creating this beautiful tile to place next to my Dad-in-Law's urn at his Celebration of Life on Saturday! We wanted a plaque to place on the urn but the urn is an odd shape so the plaque couldn't be done. But the experts at Redi-Mark came up with an idea for this tile with an easel back. The REALLY cool part is that everything, except the dates, is in dad's handwriting, taken from his burial contract where he hand wrote exactly what he wanted on his headstone. I am a teacher and coach at Golden West elementary for the last 20 years! I have always used Redi-Mark and the owners have always been awesome!! I went to go pick up my trophies for our annual volleyball banquet and they made a mistake. We are all human and mistakes can happen...but I felt after the mistake I was treated very rude on a situation that wasn't my fault. I thanked them for fixing the situation and said, "I look forward to basketball season!" Her response was "I'm not going to be here!" I called the next day to see if she can make one more trophy for me! The reply was cold and she hung up on me! I felt after over 15 years of bring them business for Volleyball, football, basketball and track I would be treated a little better!
