I don't think 5 stars truly does justice to the service Julio and Jeannette provide to their clients, because they go beyond that. My wife and I had been searching for a home for over 5 years. We worked with several realtors that supposedly had the "in" to connecting us with our dream home. We even worked with Redfin directly. During this time, we've experienced probably the most challenging housing market in 15 years. Prices were inflated with a diminished housing inventory. The quality of the homes sucked. We had our share of heart breaks with counter offers with the false hope of closing the deal. However, when Julio and Jeannette got involved, they were proactively recommending homes as they were quickly learning what we liked. When it came time to put an offer on a home, they gave us their honest feedback, which we appreciated. They saved us from buying a home that was like a "pig with lipstick put on it". They also were able to find a home that snuck under the radar, practically a pocket sale because they had great repour with the selling agent. And just like that, we saw a house, agreed to a price with the sellers, and were in escrow. I was so amazed how this process was after all the heart break we endured. They found us the perfect home in our price range, which wasn't a lot. This is probably going to get really long. One of the first things I remember that I absolutely loved was being asked to fill out this form. The form had a few questions asking what was "I" (my husband had a form for himself to complete) looking for in a home. Like name 5 must haves. I remember what I wrote. 1. Big lot 2. Good school district 3. North of the 210 4. His & her sink in the master bath 5. 3 car garage And guess what....I have all 5. Also a bonus I wasn't really looking for a pool but the layout of the backyard was perfect and the pool was already there, it's like they knew a pool would have been perfect for our family. If we ever move a pool is a must have now, on the top 5 for sure! They are both patient and easy to communicate with. I enjoyed that they really took the time to listen to our needs. They set us up with a lender who compliments their services. We were just pleased with the whole process of being a 1st time home buyer. We did have some hiccups in the rode of escrow, but it had to do with the bank asking for more & more, even through all that Jeannette & Julio were working hard for us.
