It was frustrating and exhausting dealing with salesmen (some pleasant/some not-so-pleasant) and traveling out of town several times to accomplish a purchase. We finally decided on a car we looked at a couple weeks prior in Marshall (90 minutes away). The purchase ended up a "no-go" so we decided to look at one last dealership which was Lockwood Motors before leaving town. We were fortunate to to have John Afdem for our salesman. He greeted us with a continuous smile, was very helpful, showed a high level of interest in helping us accomplish our goal, easy to talk to and wasn't "pushy".
