Tinted my Tesla 2 years ago, it was their first, so while I was irritated at my screen being dripping wet causing my seat heaters to stay on in 90° weather and my seat to readjust for hours until the electronics dried out, the tint looked good- one minor wrinkle and a few bubbles that eventually evaporated. Lesson learned - cover the touchscreen so it doesn't get wet. Had to have the windshield replaced 2 years later, so we brought it back to them for that. When we picked it up, we noticed 2 badly wrinkled areas, stopped by to show them and they agreed it needed to be re-tinted. Got us in right away for that. Took them 3 more attempts and 2 days, but with the exception of lots of small bubbles (which we expect to work themselves out), so far, so good. The BAD: we asked them to install aftermarket lights. They agreed but said sometimes Teslas were problematic, and that they'd had to remove someone's aftermarket radio because of malfunctions. No disclaimer for the work or waiver was signed. After paying $350 for installation, we notice 2 smaller rear lights haven't been installed, so the installer agrees to stay late to handle it. We take it home and note the fog lights aren't behaving as described on the aftermarket manufacturer's website. We ask them to re-check connections while they're re-tinting the windshield. We send detailed videos provided by manufacturer. We note that a wire cable clip in the trunk is now broken. Also, now our cameras are completely offline, their answer was essentially that we should contact Tesla for that. Cameras were functioning before they started work. After taking it back to a Tesla for repairs, the wiring connector has been broken. They left our car unlocked overnight, which is a bit careless, but not too terrible considering we can lock them remotely. They inform us that the cameras mysteriously came back online, and the lights are functioning as they should and that all connections have been checked. (Ok, sometimes updates do weird things, and while there was no update since the cameras quit working, we're just happy to have the cameras back.) We pickup the car and the fog lights won't function at all unless the car door is open. Lights should be white when on, and be chasing yellow lights for turn signaling. That's clearly not correct, so I sent a text to one of the owners and it went unanswered. When we noticed the state of one of the interior the trim panels today, with filthy fingerprints and not seated correctly, I attempted to send a photo and comment to the owner, and it appears that she blocked me as soon as I showed her yesterday that the lights we paid to have installed still weren't working. Zero customer service skills. Today we're getting error messages that the low voltage battery is being drained and the cameras are malfunctioning again, as well as the street guidance system. While this certainly could be a coincidence, it seems more like they've screwed yet another thing on our car up. Teslas are probably pretty finicky to work on, but if you don't really know how to work on these vehicles, then don't quote a price and agree to do the work! TLDR: Lights don't work correctly, damaged the vehicle, left filthy fingerprint on the interior cloth trim, took 4 attempts to get the windshield tint correct, but they did eventually get it right. had my win tinted. had never used this shop before always went to glass act in Cleveland TN. out of convenience I thought I would use ultimate sounds and tint. $425 with a life time warranty. JOKE!!! after picking my care up the first time the front windows had been cut short and could see light most of the way around window. and bubbles on back windows they said were water and would go away after 10 days. took it back after 10 day with bubbles still there so they retinted for the second time. I still have bubbles in my front window passenger side good flat window that a monkey should have been able to tint if he knows anything about tint. after all the excuses I got I'm done messing with them. Anyone can thow tint on a window but not everyone does it well. I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF TRY TO SAVE YOU THE TRUBLE OF A BAD TINT JOB. also I would not let them install air in my tires as far as a sound system!!! read more

I took my car here and dropped it off for noise in my amp. When I picked up my car, they had damaged my hood latch and failed to inform me. My hood flew up when I left causing a lot of damage. I spoke to Huston who said he'd reimburse me for damages only to go back on his word. On top of the damages, the amp wasn't even fixed. When I talked to the guy Huston said repaired it, he told me he never touched it. Had to dispute the charges with my bank but I got the money back. Then my insurance had to sue them to be reimbursed for damages. Thank god I had my whole conversation with Huston recorded. Would give zero stars if I could. read more
