Lee is something else, replacement of two springs is pretty cut and dry taking about 30-40 mins usually, but I had another problem with the drive unit also. He stayed an extra 45mins probably to fix the problem and didn't charge a penny more than what he quoted for the spring replacement, most quotes I got said if anything more were to come up that there would be an extra charge, not with Lee. In the time we have lived at this home, we have had a couple garage door problems. A couple years ago, our garage door wouldn't open and it felt really heavy to lift. Turns out the spring on the left side of the dual door was broken. Our son passed along his "go to guy" information and we were pleasantly surprised with same ay service. Even though this business only has one repairman and he does it all, he had the part available and was professional, courteous, and clean. No pushy sales plans, because how often do you need service on a garage door? He was thorough and looked over the motor, the rails, and found everything to be in working order. So, after a couple years of moving things around in the garage, some of our stuff had banged into the photo eye sensors and one side had a developed a loose connection which he repaired with wire nuts and electrical tape and the bucking and halting of the door was fixed. He also explained some of the signals the device was giving us to help diagnose the problems. When my wife called in the morning, he said he would be out around 4 pm the same day. A couple hours later, he mentioned he was ahead of schedule and could make it out earlier if we were available. We were and he showed up ready to go at 2:15, saving us over an hour of waiting around. That was greatly appreciated. The entire process from arriving, to diagnosing, repairing, and collecting payment took just over 1 minutes. Wow! No mess to clean up and just a standard service call since there were no major parts to repair.
