I was gonna be late to my delivery appointment so I needed a tow from someone who was willing to get the job done safely efficiently as well as arrive sooner rather than later. And let me tell did precision towing get the job done. Mike, ernesto and scotty all came out to assist me and within 45 min from arrival I was out of there. They were really helpful friendly and most of all great at what they do. They didn't waste any time they knew what to do how to do it and got the job done. If your a trucker you understand how these type of situations go a lot of times. Long, frustrating and never great to be in. But thankfully precision was there to help. I was 700 miles into a 2,000 mile road trip to move my daughter out of her college dorm when my car…read moreengine failed on I5 a few miles south of Williams, CA. I managed to pull off to the right side of the road but was only a couple feet away from very fast cars and trucks that would shake my vehicle as they passed. I called AAA but the first towing company they got for me called me 15 minutes later saying they wouldn't be able to get to me for at least 3 hours! After a couple more calls to AAA and a visit from a friendly highway patrol officer, I received a very welcome call from Walter at L&T Towing saying he was on his way. Walter was very friendly and helped me through a stressful situation. He knew the local town of Williams well and directed me to a highly rated mechanic who was able to work on my car early the next morning. He even dropped me off at a nearby Motel 6 where I stayed for the night. I can't thank Walter and L&T Towing enough for their excellent service! Sadly, my car seems to be in bad shape, and I had to leave it in Williams while I continued my trip with a rental car to move my daughter. I'll be back for my car in a few days to have it towed to the Subaru dealer in Sacramento. Hopefully I'll be able to get AAA to use L&T Towing and ideally Walter again for this next tow.

I came back at 8am and they got me in quickly even though there were other cars ahead of me. They were able to replace my timing belt and get my car ready by 3:30 that afternoon and at a reasonable price. Very helpful and straightforward.
