I have no qualms with that policy, but to not have been upfront about that from the beginning means I wasted my money on the diagnostic and time it took when I could have taken it elsewhere from the start. This policy should have been mentioned from the beginning when I had brought up that I brought the part needed no less than two times in conversation over the phone and when I dropped it off.
