I don't know who is running the company now, but I recently received the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. I took my dining room chairs in to have more cushion added to the seats. Leather was in excellent shape, but just needed more cushioning. Out of frustration, I picked them back up after 2 1/2 weeks because of lack of communication and nothing being done. I called and left messages three times to find out the status and NEVER got a return call. The only statement from Crystal was that they are "busy, busy, busy". Fine, but they should have returned my calls as I needed the chairs! I don't recommend taking your furniture there - they will take in higher paying jobs from more important clients and push yours to the back of the line.
