We had a great conversation and I will definitely be booking all of my pedicures with her from now on. The price was incredibly reasonable too. Definitely worth the 45 minute drive for me. I've already scheduled a facial to try their facial services out and look forward to that. When I called back to ask for a manager's name, her attitude changed and she suddenly seemed more willing to help, but it did not feel genuine. I was repeatedly told that everyone was booked, despite my request being very minor. What disappointed me most was the lack of customer service and willingness to accommodate a long-time client. I wasn't asking for a new appointment or a lengthy correction--just a quick adjustment following a recent haircut. I would have expected a salon of this caliber, especially with directors such as Amy on staff, to make more of an effort to ensure customer satisfaction.
