Hair wash and everything leading up to the haircut was a good experience, but I went in with some overgrown wispy bangs and needed a trim, and unfortunately, more and more length kept getting taken off of my bangs until they were pointing out. Comments kept getting made about my "cow lick" but I've had bangs consistently throughout my adulthood and a cowlick has never been a problem. The stylist knew I wasn't fully happy with the look, but they are bangs, and you can't add more hair once it's been chopped, so I didn't want to make a scene about something that couldn't be changed. Another stylist stepped in to help as much as she could. I tipped accordingly because I do know that things happen. I wasn't even going to leave a comment until I got home and looked in the mirror and when I pushed the hair to my shoulders, it was all uneven length and flipping out like a 90s retro look.
