Either his errands took precedence over a new client or he double booked that slot and made me wait. 10:00 came and went. At 10:40, texted him we need to reschedule as it no longer fit into my schedule. Gave him 2 dates and timelines. His reply was not an apology for being so late and not informing me of another delay, but an excuse that he was about 10 min out and had been driving an hour and a half in traffic and would b finished by 3:00. This drive takes 30 min with normal traffic and shouldn't take more than twice that time in heavy traffic. I wondered if his last job ran late! Well, he never did call to reschedule. I had my windows cleaned this afternoon by a very professional company (appt @ 4:00 - done by 5:30) that was more expensive but rated 5 stars on every site. I guess u get what u pay for. Cutting corners never pays off. Neither do excuses, being rude, or not taking responsibility for your inactions. ************************************ The reply from the owner of this company states he was traveling from Santa Barbara which accounts for the amt of time taken to drive to my house. In his text, he stated he was traveling from Santa Maria. No misunderstanding; and this was written in his reply! No need for further comment...

He is very professional and knowledgeable. This time we called him because our panels didn't seem to be working correctly as not much energy was being saved in the battery. I figured part of it was dirty panels. He cleaned them and also ended up taking down an old dish, that he thought might be causing some of the problem. He had me send him pics of our solar battery percentages and also had me send him a couple of past months of use from our solar company app. He felt there was a problem and suggested we call our solar company. Sure enough, we have 5 panels that aren't working. If it wasn't for Aaron, we may not have known that for another month or maybe more.
