His reply was not an apology for being so late and not informing me of another delay, but an excuse that he was about 10 min out and had been driving an hour and a half in traffic and would b finished by 3:00. This drive takes 30 min with normal traffic and shouldn't take more than twice that time in heavy traffic. I wondered if his last job ran late! Well, he never did call to reschedule. I had my windows cleaned this afternoon by a very professional company (appt @ 4:00 - done by 5:30) that was more expensive but rated 5 stars on every site. I guess u get what u pay for. Cutting corners never pays off.
