He is very professional and knowledgeable. This time we called him because our panels didn't seem to be working correctly as not much energy was being saved in the battery. I figured part of it was dirty panels. He cleaned them and also ended up taking down an old dish, that he thought might be causing some of the problem. He had me send him pics of our solar battery percentages and also had me send him a couple of past months of use from our solar company app. He felt there was a problem and suggested we call our solar company. Last evening, just before sunset and with a major storm predicted the following day, we noticed that one of the gutters on our house was loose, twisted, and slanting in the wrong direction to evacuate rain water. We jumped on Yelp and put out a call for help. Within minutes of posting our call for help Aaron Welch contacted us and said he would like to drop by our house at about 6:30 PM to see the problem and give us an estimate. He said he would come over as soon as he finished the job he was on. About an hour later (it was around 6:45) Aaron texted that he wouldn't be able to come that evening but suggested the next morning. We said yes and agreed on a time. When heavy traffic on Hwy 101 slowed his arrival, he texted a new ETA. When he arrived he did a careful examination of the damaged gutter and gave us an estimate for the repair work. He said he could do the job immediately, which with a storm heading our way was music to our ears. Aaron worked hard for over four hours, removing the damaged gutter restoring it to "health," and then installing it with considerably more support than the original installation had provided (and hence the problem). He left as the rain began to fall, and it's hard to describe our sense of relief. Two important things you should know. First, Aaron was professional, dedicated, and very careful to explain what had happened and what needed to be done to fix the problem. Moreover, he was pleasant to deal with and a delight to get to know. Second, the estimate was about what we expected and reflected at least two other estimates we received subsequently. For us, it was a well worth the cost, especially because it needed to be done now and Aaron fully understood the urgency. We were totally satisfied with SunSweeper, the quality of its work and the speed with which it responded to our call for help. We learned in conversation with Aaron that SunSweeper also cleans solar panels, and we will certainly give them a call the next time we need that service.
