My truck is covered in water spots, the scrub soap brush doesn't actually get dirt smudges off- I literally used my finger to wipe spots the brush and high intensity rinse wouldn't remove. Smh. Had to rinse and scrub twice... and still had smudges that I ended up just wiping off with a cloth. The air dryer... came apart and left water marks on every freakin spot it could. Totally pointless. Went to use the vacuum... that thing came apart too! It didn't even suck anything up. Its 100+ degrees and I just want a clean truck. What a waste of money and time and my truck is not any cleaner on the inside and barely clean on the outside. Weirdly I used the soap scrub brush on all my windows, and they are sooo flippin dirty. It was something we had not done before, so we gave our new friends at Next Gen Paintless Dent Repair a call. They did amazing work to reshape the metal back to it's original, dent-free look. Their lead technician and shop owner, Jake, was able to get us in-and-out of the shop in less than an hour (might have been closer to 10 minutes of total wait time), and yet did not sacrifice quality at all. I would say the value is definitely there as they had the best rates for paintless dent repair and the best customer service for a PDR shop in Fort Worth. And while we were there, we got to see other vehicles in the shop that had intense hail damage but looked like-new again! We were very impressed with the shop. Clean and friendly service is hard to come by these days but Jake and his team are doing a great job. We would definitely recommend checking these guys out if you ever need some paintless dent repair!
