We paid $950 for them to detail our RV inside and out. No one mentioned they don't do the roof for an extra charge, I just happened to ask when the guys were here. Why aren't they disclosing their prices and services up front and center when you schedule? We paid over $400 for inside detailing. I was told to empty the drawers and the cabinets, remove everything from the interior, and they would clean it. They said ceiling to floor! I spent hours emptying the RV- It was a joke! They didn't wipe out the empty drawers, they didn't wipe down the bathroom or the kitchen cabinets, they didn't get into the trim of the shower to clean it. They stained my bathroom faucet with whatever they used it's dried on and stuck now. Then you call and they want to send the same people at a time that doesn't work for us. We specifically parked here to have it cleaned. So freaking disappointing!! WASTE of MY TIME and MONEY. read more

The price was high, but I needed the work done. I had great customer service in the store but I would of expect that if I am paying $129 for an interior clean I would get clean windows. Odds are, if you are reading this review, it is because you care about your car, and when you don't have time to wash and wax it yourself, you want it taken care of by a team that also cares. These guys are not that team. It's quantity and $ over quality, and they seem to be getting even more complacent and caring less. Today they were late, they didn't finish the job, and they charged me $20 more for the same job as just a few months ago. They have me in their computer, they know I'm a regular, so blindsiding me with an extra $20 is pretty disrespectful, specially considering that the last team that came to me told me regulars will be getting the old price. They should also use that computer to make and give their guys a basic checklist for each of the services, and the customer should receive a copy of that completed checklist so they know what they paid for. They didn't even touch my wheels, and the inside windows were covered in spotted gunk like they sprayed it and forgot about it. Perhaps it's my fault, because I didn't meticulously go over the whole car before paying, but for the price, that duty should fall on them. In the end, I suppose I should have been less trusting. Fool me once, shame on you. I won't be fooled again. It should be noted that the previous employee, Sebastian, that used to take care of my car on Saturdays every couple of months always did a fantastic job, and always walked me through everything that him and his partner did. read more

I wasn't sure about this service at first. Trying a business out for the first time can be risky, and something as expensive as a full auto detailing requires a leap of faith that can cost a lot of money if you're wrong. Luckily for me, however, I was NOT wrong when I decided to give My Detail Guys a try. The first step was making an appointment, which was so very easy. I simply went to their website and clicked the link for making appointments. The website was easy to use, not overly busy or complicated, and walked me through the appointment-making process without a single problem. I even got confirmation e-mails regarding my appointment almost immediately after making it. I LOVE an organized business! Unfortunately, I did not get the names of the two gentlemen who showed up to detail our HHR, but they were promptly on time and were very polite and pleasant. Our driveway is very short, so they asked if I could move the car to the street in front rather than having their truck block our alleyway. I thought that was very considerate of them. You're probably asking, "But how was their work?" Quite frankly, my car has not looked that good since it was brand new. Believe me when I tell you that it was a MESS before these fine folks got to work. My husband drives the car to work every day, a round trip of approximately 80 miles a day. He has managed to spill sodas all over the seats and cup holders, another time a friend accidently dropped some chocolate chips while eating trail mix and they melted into the passenger seat. There were french fries lost in the depths, and a TON of dirt and mud from rainy days performing out at Scarborough Faire. It was NOT pretty, and the various French Fries of Doom had begun permeating the car with a horrid smell. Since the Husbeast had to go out of town for a business trip, I decided to surprise him with a pretty, clean car when he got back. The two fine gentlement cleaned EVERYTHING. They scrubbed the upholstery and managed to get almost all of the stains out of it. They cleaned the cup holders, the carpet, the gear shifter, the track the gear shifter works on, the vents, the dash...you name it, and it was gone over with cleaning solution and q-tips! The outside was washed and polished, and looks beautiful as it sparkles in the sun now. I suspect that I will probably get quite grumpy the first time something is spilled in there or mud splashes on the outside. I cannot recommend these folks more highly. I was more than happy to pay the trip charge for being outside their regular service zone ($25) for the quality of service that I received. Even with all of the work that they did and the trip charge and an extra $10 for the Odor Bomb (just in case), it still came in under $200 which is less than I would have paid if I'd taken it to a brick and mortar car detailing shop. I am already planning on putting money aside to have them come back and detail our other vehicle. If you're doubtful, don't be. Go ahead and have them come detail your vehicle. They are EXCELLENT! read more

We took our Acura to My Detail Guys after a local Acura dealership touched up a few scratches and left overspray all over the vehicle and couldn't figure out how to make it right. I found My Detail Guys on Yelp and after reading their reviews and visiting with the owner in person we decided to take our vehicle to them for the needed repairs. When I picked up my vehicle I was very impressed. My car was smooth as glass and looked fantasitic. They removed the overspray on the entire vehicle and did a color correction to remove the buff swirls that the Acura dealership had left in my paint. I couldn't believe that they fixed it in just a few hours after the dealership had my car for over a week! This shop is about 45 minutes from our house but we will take all of our vehicles here from now on for any kind of detailing and paint restoration work. Thank you! read more

I want to start by saying that I am very thankful for the services provided by My Detail Guys. Unfortunately, my experience was one that will not have me use or recommend them in the future. I was gifted their services as a college graduation present, so initially, I was really excited about the hassle-free, travel-free service. On arrival, I received a call to unlock my doors (super easy)! They were done in around 2 hours. When I left work and got in my car to leave I noticed my sunglasses were missing. I know for sure I left them in my car, in the passenger seat, before I went to work, but when I left work they were gone. On top of that, I noticed they did not vacuum my trunk, and there a few spots on the seats where it looked like they had missed the shampoo. The overall quality of the job was less my concern than was the missing sunglasses. I contacted them the next day about my missing sunglasses, and the lady over the phone said that they had not seen it, but wanted to know if there was anything else wrong. I explained the issues with the seats and trunk, and she wanted to send her detailers back out to re-vacuum my trunk. I ended up telling her that there was no need for that and that I just wanted my items back (or told that they had damaged or misplaced them). She then responded "well our detailers would never lose their job over a stupid pair of sunglasses. They make $1200 a week and have no need for them." Although she has a point (I never insinuated they stole them), I felt shocked in the moment to be talked to like that over the phone. In the end, their service provided was fine, but it was the customer service and attention to detail that resulted in me giving them 1 star. If you choose to use their services in the future I recommend removing any item of importance (from glove boxes or center consoles), and taking before and after pictures just in case! read more

The company gave me an appointment time via email that they did not write down in their appointment book, so they didn't show initially. When they finally rescheduled for a month later, the detail guy hit another person's car that works in my building, causing some friction. He then did not secure the back hatch in the car, so that when the seats folded, the rear upholstery detached from the seat damaging the seat. After numerous phone calls with the company, the company determined that they could not make me happy. No, after months of trying to get this rectified, hitting a car in the parking lot causing issues at my work, and damaging my car, I can say that I'm probably not happy with this end result, understandably so. I bought a used 2016 BMW 428i convertible. The car is beautiful but the paint had swirls and the chrome looked like it had water spots on it. I took my car to My Detail Guys for an interior detail and a Level 2 paint correction. The car looks better than new, the chrome is pristine and the paint is in showroom condition. Everything was great from start to finish. Got an appointment on a Saturday. Sebastian and Matt called before they arrived. Once there, they worked for over 2 hours on my 4-door sedan. Everything, and I mean everything looks great - inside and out. I have black carpeting and I white dog. It's really difficult to dog hair out of the carpet, but they did it. The interior is spotless and the wash and wax on the outside looks great. My 2013 car looks brand new. In addition, I have 2 sets of full mats - carpeted and industrial - they cleaned all of them. They cleaned, vacuumed, and shampooed the trunk as well. They cleaned every nook and cranny. I will absolutely use them again. read more

I used these folks about a year ago and received decent service. I also recently had a buddy of mine take his FJ Cruiser over to them that was badly oxidized and scratched from off roading. They sold him there Sapphire V1 sealer package and did a very good job on the outside but the inside was mediocre at best. I went buy there shop today in my ZL1 Camaro which is in very good condition but was starting to show some spider webbing due to hand washing and drying. To most people the car looks like it is new and needs nothing. To my surprise the first thing they tried to sell me was the Sapphire V1 sealer package for $900. I told them I was insulted #1 that they would try and charge me $900 for a car that was in much better condition than an FJ they charged $280 for the same treatment. Then they tried to sell me on a lesser product for $350. I declined and will never send anyone there way again. It is obvious that if the value of the car is more then they try to jack up the rates. Not to mention the women who answers the phone was also very rude. This place use to care about their customers as I had read many good reviews on them on other sites in the past and they did do a decent job before. But it appears as they have grown and moved to a new facility they are more interested in making money than doing a good job. read more
