I needed battery service today and as usual AAA did an excellent job of sending out a…read moreknowledgeable, polite, and professional guy (Justin). I really appreciated that he did a great job of social distancing and wore a mask as well (as did I) and did a great job explaining the battery issue. He hooked the battery up to the analyzer thingy to test it. He thoroughly explained what the problem was and didn't try to hard sell me a battery which he easily could have. I have never felt pressured by AAA to buy a battery or left confused as to what the problem was with the car. If you do need a battery AAA will bring the battery to you, install it, and it comes with a 3-year warranty. I've always gotten my batteries through them. I decided to have the car towed to a garage instead of dealing with the battery because there was another major issue with the car that would have prevented me from driving it enough to keep a battery charged. He asked me if I needed anything in the car and also if I needed any of the keys on the key ring - which I did and if it wasn't for him asking me I would be without my house keys. He called the tow truck, left the keys on the visor for the truck, and let me know that they would put me keys in the drop box at the garage. Justin told me I didn't even need to be out when they towed the car away. The tow truck was here within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend AAA. I have had such good experiences with them. Everyone they have sent has always been polite and took their time explaining things to me. The customer reps are also very nice and thorough. Thanks Justin and AAA!

We were able to make it to all of our Kennebunktport area sites we wanted to visit. The manager of the store, Will, was a pleasure to work with. We have had two campers have major repairs done by Mike Jr. No major problems with the quality (except attention to details. . .) but, unless you want to be given empty promises and poor follow up, as well as frustration re: how long it takes to get the work completed, I suggest you find somewhere else to get work done on your camper. It was more than A YEAR from when the damage occurred to when the repairs were close to being completed - and when I called him out on it and expressed my frustration, I was met with hostility and anger from him. WE ended up contacting the manufacturer and getting the last piece shipped to us and installing it ourselves. So, my recommendation is IF YOU HAVE to go there for repairs, have it IN WRITING a timeline by which the work will be done and the consequences (to them) that will happen if the deadline is not met. Make our mistake your warning.

The ages of the women ranged from 40 to 76 years of age. We had meetings of the vacation and what was going to be planned for all of us. On the day of the trip most of us drove in torrential rainfall to the deluxe oceanfront hotel in Old orchard Beach Maine and a few of us were going for the first time. When my party arrived, Laurie and a good amount of our girls were standing outside under the stairs in this torrential rain when the owner came and told us they had canceled our reservations and kicked us off the property with a very strong language Laurie Davis who was crying and very upset at this time, because she had never ever been treated this way before, had to let us know what had taken place. 36 of us women going and quite a few newbies. Laurie had to tell us we had to leave. I have been on these trips to this motel before and accommodations were always wonderful. The staff and management were always great to us. Now Miss Davis has been doing these trips for some 20 odd years, and never had any problems until this year. We have always left this hotel or motel clean and we had tipped very well most of us had to buy groceries gasoline for a vehicle pay a babysitter take time off from work to go on this vacation, which never took place. Everyone was very upset and stressed out from all of this. This is not how you would treat guest's. I, myself will never and I mean never be placing a reservation at this motel. And I will make sure that I tell anyone that comes to Old orchard Beach to stay clear all the deluxe oceanfront hotel. As far as the ratings go, it would be a minus 100. The worst service from management to the owner of this business I have ever seen in my traveling days. I am a 71-year-old lady.
