Billing lacked clear documentation, additional fees appeared unexpectedly, and my concerns were met with unprofessional communication rather than resolution. They have unvetted employees that are just friends and family working for him. Their website is a farce. Based on my experience, I would advise others to obtain detailed written contracts, itemized estimates, and final invoices before agreeing to any work or avoid them at all costs.
