They did an awesome job for my family vacation shirts. I will definitely use them for all my t shirt needs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I took a short in to have a monogram on the cuff. I provided a…read morephoto of exactly what I wanted. When I picked it up, it was it centered the way I asked and the gal at the counter said it was her fault and apologized. Fine. The quality of the embroidery was very poor, you could see the white shirt through the blue thread in several areas. In addition, the lower case "j" was dotted but not the lower case "i". When I pointed these two things out, the employees (not the one who apologized) got rude and belligerent as if it was somehow my fault that rules of writing small letters exist. The gentleman kept asking me what I wanted him to do about it. I replied, I just want you to fix it. He threw up his hands and stomped to the back room. This left the poor lady behind the counter looking embarrassed and I felt terrible for her. She looked at me and said I am not sure what to do. I told her a good start would be to refund my money which she did, again with an apology. When I got home, we realized that the monograming was so off center it was in the back of the cuff so would not be seen by anybody and again, terribly off center. I am not clear how when a customer shows you a picture of exactly what they want, you do it so horribly wrong. The shirt is ruined as, if you take the thread out, the shirt will have hundreds of holes. I reached out to these folks and suggested that they replace the shirt and have heard nothing. Perhaps they feel that since they are the only game in town they can afford to treat customers this way. Perhaps they are just rude people. I will not use them again (there are other games in town) and, I will never recommend them. Do yourself a favor and do not use them. Not only is the work shoddy, the people apparently are as well.

I was charged $150 up front for what honestly should have been a very simple hem. The owner had 4 weeks to hem the gown and when I returned to pick it up, the hem was crooked and shorter than I expected. She told me the hem couldn't be let down because she cut the excess material off the dress. I'm no seamstress, but I'm pretty sure that any seamstress who knew what she was doing wouldn't have cut the dress...or at least would've left a little bit extra on the hem, in case the length wasn't right. She agreed to try to "fix" the dress, but unfortunately, there wasn't much that could be done to salvage it. The photos show what a terrible job was done on the hem. Also, the dress was brand new with tags still on it when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, there were stains on it in multiple places that I couldn't get off. The dress also had an awful musty smell to it that was nearly impossible to get rid of. When I contacted the owner about my concerns, her response was defensive and lacked accountability. She told me she does not offer refunds and did nothing to compensate me for the dress she ruined. I was way overcharged for very poor workmanship and the aftermath was handled very unprofessionally. I would not recommend.
