The store is pretty open with a desk for payments, the sewing machines and such on the right, and one changing corner on the left. I went in for a hem on a dress needed for a wedding. The price point was $40 bucks and they had it done in less than a week and during prom season too! They were courteous and left a voicemail when it was ready along with their store hours. I don't know what the standard is but you do pay upfront. I'll be coming back for any of my alteration needs!

I arrive and they told me they were four weeks out for the dress and I told them when I needed it made the appointment and told him what I needed on wine. Wasn't a problem when I booked it the problem was when I tried to go in and have a fitting done. The girl that spoke to me was rude.
