In my search for a new bike shop that was a better fit for me, I happened upon Caylor-Made…read more Wow, these super welcoming and down to earth guys actually care and are extremely knowledgeable from experience, ( not just technician's that hide behind 'the wall' in the shop), but fellow riders and most importantly, craftsmen. My first visit had me present several scenarios that were creatively and expertly navigated. The owner Opie, even made sure that the bolts that were installed on my bike matched the color scheme. This level of detail said so much! Also, the way that the work is being done in the same space as where the customers are, gets everyone hanging out and creates a sense of community. Several hours went by and I didn't even notice as I was just in there chatting with everyone that came in as well talking bikes. Has a cool authentic 'hang out' feel, like a local surf shop or something. Cool space, great work, great attitudes , fully trust them. Impressed, thx !!

Shop rates and turn time a large improvement over competitors. Opie is the owner and THE MAN. Honestly, I've been riding for over 60 years and wish I had found this shop when he opened it 30 years ago. Just do it. You'll thank me!
