Stay as far away as possible! My experience with Mike and his family was quite possibly the worst retail transaction I've ever experienced. The scooter I purchased and drove off their lot did not have the rear view mirrors installed and was poorly assembled. It took over a week for Mike to deliver the rear view mirrors that he neglected to install. The following week, it stopped running because the CDI went bad. Mike refused to come to us so we rented a truck to take it to him. He tried to charge us $90 for the repair when we arrived to pick it up. The representative was extremely rude and condescending. He was so rude that I decided not to give them my business. Do not give your money to these people ! They sold us a 2018 solana ... $800 within one month we it wouldn't start ! Took it back to the store and they wanted $50 just to look at the bike and tell us the problem!! Idk how they are still in business ! Absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I have had some bad customer service in the past throughout my lifetime but never enough for me to write a review. This place is horrible. I dropped something off, they fixed it, and it didn't work. They wouldn't stand behind warrantees etc. I even went as far as to buy a part to fix it myself and they sold me the wrong part, three times, not to mention they made me "come back" later each time to pick up the part.... the wrong ones. Completely wasted my time and will never step foot in this establishment again. If it would let me rate zero, I would do that. read more

Very Good Customer Service at Chicken Little Scooters! They take the time to show you how everything works, as well as maintenance that you can do such as changing oil. Had some electrical problems at the very beginning and Mike was very helpful with resolving the issue, such as sending the necessary parts. Just left the store dealing with Mike . I forgot how bipolar he can be. One day he's cool, the next day his wife has to calm him down on the sale of a darn moped charger. The first time I met him I walked out. Not a people person by far!!!! But I came back to give him another chance. So he sold me a moped in August of 2017 for my son. I asked for a red moped, he brought me a black one. But I still kept it. I called numerous times to ask questions since this was all new to us, and he was fine. 3 months later the battery dies, he tells me I should have gotten a charger for 12.99 so that wouldn't happen. So I drive all the way in traffic from Chamblee, GA to buy one from HIM instead of amazon to show support for his business. And because I thought we had established a friendship over the past 7 months, I simply said "I wish you would have told me about the charger when I purchased the moped". He snaps like "IM NOT A MIND READER, I GUESS I SHOULD HAVE TOLD YOU TO WEAR RED TODAY TOO HUH"?! Wooooow. Because I know how he can get, I just said "let me just get the charger, I don't want to argue with you today". He tells me to go elsewhere to buy the charger. So now his wife has to intervene. And guess what I still did? Bought the darn charger from his establishment any way. Just a word of advice Mike, it's never too late to get help for your bipolar disease!!!! Because I have a feeling this isn't the first time you've heard this. So folks, if you want a cheap moped with horrible customer service, Mike is your guy. read more

HAPPY ! Bought several 49cc/50cc mopeds from them. Great values. Lasting utility. Grab-n-Go. Road-worthy in a jiffy. Take a few minutes in a parking lot to get used to the drive. But budget for at least a mid-level+ helmet. read more

I purchased my scooter from Chicken Little back in April 2014. I've had my scooter in for repairs several times and a couple times for the same issue. My interaction with the owner Michael Riggs has always been cordial until today. Chicken Little had my scooter for close to a month and after being told it was repaired and riding away on it, only to have the issue reoccur was very concerning. Upon taking my scooter back and asking that it be looked at because it was my only means of transportation at the time, I was treated like a criminal, literally. I calmly explained the situation to Michael Riggs and his response was, 'I don't have time I have other scooters ahead of you, I'm going on vacation, I want you to leave before I get mad and call the police.' This is literally less than 10 seconds into the conversation. I wasn't asking him to stay, there was still a mechanic in the shop that could have taken a few minutes to look at it. I am a minority and I don't think a caucasian would had the same experience I had. The police was called on me and Chicken Little Scooters wanted them to issue me a criminal trespass notice. Again this was done because I wanted to voice my concerns over his business practices. Not once did I say or do anything threatening to Michael Riggs or any of his employees.
