My first visit had me present several scenarios that were creatively and expertly navigated. The owner Opie, even made sure that the bolts that were installed on my bike matched the color scheme. This level of detail said so much! Also, the way that the work is being done in the same space as where the customers are, gets everyone hanging out and creates a sense of community. Several hours went by and I didn't even notice as I was just in there chatting with everyone that came in as well talking bikes. If you have questions, however, there is always someone there to help. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly. We worked with James Freeman. He is so nice and helpful. His knowledge of the inventory and bikes in general is amazing. He helped me find the perfect bike for me (a 2014 Yamaha V Star). I fell in love with the bike almost immediately. James was patient in trying to get me financed. He was not pushy at all. He also helped me with required information to get new insurance on the bike. Never rushing me and treating me with kindness and respect. The finance manager Sean Helmeczy was just as helpful as everyone else in the dealership. Sean is extremely knowledgeable about all the financial options. He went out of his way to get me the best deal that I could possibly get. I cannot recommend the dealership enough. This is a BMW motorcycle repair shop and they won't do simple repair work on a motorcycle, because of age. Nothing technical replacing brake lines. No oil changes, tire replacements no simple repairs because the motorcycle is more than 10 years old. When the write up tech heard the year of my motorcycle, he excused himself saying he'll be right back, must of had to ask someone and came back and told me the shops policy. He was not able to explain why his motorcycle repair shop has that policy. As he told me this, I looked all over the area and saw no signs regarding this policy.

I met with Robert who did a thorough evaluation, advised on the parts that were needed and gave me an estimate to get my bike back to running condition. Robert went through every system and when he was finished, my bike ran practically as good as new, or at least better than I ever remembered it running. After the Nissan dealership told my mom that she required a new steering rack, I called Fastlane, got a much cheaper quote, and authorized the $2300 worth of parts/labor work to be done. My mom brought her car in for the work, but upon a proper inspection, turns out the only work required was tightening the steering rack mounting bolts (which were almost certainly left loose by town center Nissan on a prior visit- stay away from there). Fastlane could have easily taken my $2300, but nope, they did the right thing and fixed my problem damn near for free. Seems unbelievable in this day and age. I will absolutely be returning for any future work. They also did great routine work on my BMW X6M. You can trust these guys.

Compare their prices to the dealership and other auto repair shops - you'll get a better deal. They've upgraded to diagnostic software that allows you to agree or decline recommended services. They also drop photos of what they see so it stays in the history of your account. There's no awkward upsell and no pressure to sell more things like other shops. If you drive an import, check them out. They do everything except tires.
