Unlike with most companies, Jason not only specs and sells their Generac product line but he also installs and services them and is fully factory trained. That gives him a level of expertise that is head and shoulders above the competition and very helpful. He was the only salesman to follow up after his quote to see if I had additional questions. He is always eager to answer any and all questions and is great at helping to evaluate trade-offs. In addition to the excellent install on the generator, Shrock's also replaced our supplemental heat system with a gas furnace and since then has been our choice for service on all our heating and AC needs.
