All they sell is refurbished auto parts. I went in to buy a " new " starter no new ones on stock…read morejust refurbished ones. Had to order it from another store. Was in the next day. The starter only lasted not even 2 months before it started making this horrible sound. I had previously bought a alternator from O'Reilly's auto parts for it put on this alternator left me stranded way out at Sangchris lake fishing miles and miles away from home. I didn't learn my lesson that time. I went back and bought the starter it didn't even make it 2 months before it was making that horrible sound.

I purchased 3 master cylinders from O'Reillys over the course of a week. All 3 were faulty and…read morecaused the brakes to "lock up" while I was driving my Honda Odyssey. I ended up getting a master cylinder from the junk yard and having it installed. Problem solved, finally. However the faulty master cylinders cost lots of money in tow fees, new brake lines, pads and calipers (which came from NAPA). The staff at O'Reilly's have always been good to me when I needed other items, not their fault. Management needs to find a new source for parts.

That they didn't test batteries. I pointed to a massive sign on the door that said "free battery testing". He sighed and acted like it was the most massive inconvenience ever. Went out to my car. Said "I'll be honest with you bro I don't know how to test a battery, I mean, it's our policy the battery has to be removed." I asked if he could remove it. Nope. I was told they didn't have it by the 3rd employee I politely walked up too of 6 working with 3 customers in the whole store. The other was a painter that had been at the register the entire time and still was when I left after looking up the valve stem puller online myself and finding it myself. Dipshits. Drive to Lincoln where the employees actually know parts or just go to napa. Dude literally didn't know what I was asking for and said "tire stuff is here" and pointed.. gtfooh. Bet thats one of the lowest earning stores they have.
