But then they wanted to upcharge $140 for 6 windows, because they wanted to use "easy off", an oven cleaner. I cancelled. I offered a $40 tip to the two guys. Then he called me up, cussed me out and used fowl language and threatened to take me to court. I'm a general contractor. It's true that the six windows were dirty, but up charging $140 on a $250 quote is unreasonable $400 for six windows? A rip off.

When we finally received a email back, he hadn't scheduled our property because his company had gotten so many requests for service and would now not honor the rate that he previously agreed to.
