My salesperson Alexis was friendly and obliging even though it was 15 minutes before close on a Friday. The test drive was great and Alexis, and her manager Dave were wonderful, staying way after close to quickly close the deal and get me on my way. I've come to them after the dealership and they've been honest about what can wait and what should be done. One of the best people here is Hannah (sp.?). She's the one who always answers the phone, checks me in and out- but most importantly - she also explains the work I need done on my car in a way I can easily understand it. She takes the time to make sure I understand what fixes they are making and what I may need in the future. She is super friendly, always polite, patient and knowledgeable.

My family and I are now residents in the area, and they've been my go-to garage for all my car issues. This guy just runs his own codes again, "looks under the hood to see how easy it would be to fix oxygen sensors" and that was his diagnostics. I had to even ask what diagnostics he did when he went to charge me for this. His codes were the exact same by the way. Just wants to start changing things without a deep dive - so you'll end up changing a bunch of items with them. Customer service was obviously terrible too. Don't go here

They seem like decent guys to joke around with (trying to be fair here). But what I experienced was anything but professional. It would take pages to document this past weeks experiences with ABC. It feels like it's been much longer than that. They wasted way a large amount of my time and money as a result of incompetence. Whether it was completely forgetting about my tow, or charging me for new parts that he GAVE back to me so that I could INSTALL THEM MYSELF because he didn't HAVE TIME, or telling me he'd be there at 4:30pm to check me out but he then leaves to go home early for the day, or telling me he didn't get around to the oil change I asked for because he didn't have time! (which is odd because he went home early!!!) OR MAYBE it was just the fact that the whole reason for the tow was because the fuel pump was going, and he didn't touch anything besides the brakes! Throughout this entire process, I made an in-person appointment, 2 weeks out. I then went back in 2 days prior to the tow to confirm (shouldn't even be necessary on my part). When i finally got ahold of them over an hour after my scheduled pick up time, they begrudgingly came to pick me up, and then proceeded to tell me that they aren't going to even work on it for a few days because they have certain customers that are a priority. WHY DID I WAIT 2 WEEKS FOR AN APPOINTMENT THEN??? None of it makes sense. Honestly, they truly seem like decent individuals. BUT this was the most unprofessional spot I've been to since moving to Maine. 2/10

I gave Don's a call and they were kind, prompt, and no frills. I appreciated their directness in a time of stress. And they were kind enough to drop me off at my house while towing my car back to Auburn. Accidents are scary. It was exceptional to work with Don's No Preference Towing during this time. Wow, I am THRILLED! I tend to avoid cleaning the inside of my car because, well . . . boring,…read moretakes too long, etc. But it had been awhile (read: literal years) since I'd done anything at all to the inside of my trusty little 2009 Toyota Corolla, so it was just grimy and dusty and had dirt from the garden and leaves and whatnot. I decided to splurge on an interior detailing, and am very glad I chose Pristine. You make an appointment online (when I did so the next available was about a week and a half out, and they called to confirm and ask basic details, which I appreciated). Since I don't have pets and don't smoke, and there were no major stains, I was able to get by with Pristine's base rate for small cars ($175 at this writing; all prices on their website). I truly think this splurge was worth it--it looks *amazing*! Seats thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned, including underneath the two front seats (the guy found some things that had rolled under there from some long-ago shopping trip, LOL); carpets and floorboards now spotless; all the little console cracks and crevices spic and span. Included the trunk, too! Just FYI, the place is a little hard to see from the street--you have to pull off Forest Ave. and go between the buildings, down the long driveway to the "auto detailing" sign and their front door. Once you do you'll be greeted by the very nice young men who work there, and then leave your car with them for a few hours, and voila! There are various detailing places and I called around for estimates from a few, and I'm happy to have found this one. Highly recommend!

They didn't even try to properly wash - let alone detail - the exterior of the car, it seems they just took a hose to it and used my own windshield wipers to handle the windshield. The front especially is filthy with the tires covered in gravel still thst even has dirt sprayed up and onto the door. The interior of my car is quite dirty, literally sand on the seat, dirt stains to wipe off snd the windows either not finished or they had used a dirty rag because there are ugly streaks everywhere. I'm going to have to pay to have the exterior washed somewhere else and hand scrub the interior, I took half a dozen pictures of the intetior and emailed it back to them.

I called and they were friendly and informative on the phone. Told me how long it would be, and would let me know when the truck was close. The tow service itself was professional, and quick. My car was handled with care, and even though we didn't have far to travel the ride was cordial enough. These guys operate a 24 hour business, and I'm happy for the lift. The price was $85 cash from one town to another which is standard for here, based on competitors rates. I would call them again when in need of a tow.
