When they installed my tanks, they assured me they would fill them when the level, which they monitor, reached 30 %. This season, I ran DRY of propane, got down to within 5% of being dry, and today I am down to 25% and they said they will bring me propane next week. I have called them, and sent them emails continuously this season, nothing seams to work. they don't seam to be paying attention. I have never had a problem like this before, but I am in my 70s, and I really do not need this worry about running out of propane in the winter!
