She had me stay in the same pedicure chair for my manicure. She just threw a towel over my lap, clipped my nails a little bit and polished them. No soaking, no cuticle treatment, no filing. Apparently if you aren't spending big bucks on fake nails or dips, they don't care about your nails. She did not: remove all the old gel polish, trim all the cuticles from each nail, scrap the cuticles off the nails--at all--, clean under the nails, shape the nails evenly. AND...she did not dip the brush in the polish after each nail so some nails have even color, but some nails are lighter than other other due to uneven polish application. Sides of 4 nails have no polish at all. The top coat was applied too thick so it has bubbled on 2 of them. They charged me $25.00. She rushed through the entire process without a hint of care or effort. I complained on my way out, showed them my nails and they asked to "fix it". I said no. I now know how they treat customers and the work they *really* do. I'll take my business elsewhere. Save your money and do it yourself. It will come out better.
