I went in angelic nails for a full set. Originally, I wanted a French manicure using gel nail polish. The woman who did my nails had a terrible attitude and was shockingly rude when I asked her to make my nails more narrow after I had washed my hands it was not that big a deal, but she freaked out and was obviously very angry. There was no professionalism at all.! she did not try to control her anger. I was completely shocked and very unhappy about this bullshit. Very disappointing. I usually leave $15 tip but I gave her which is exactly what she deserved. read more

Just got my nails done. Don't like it. Decided to check this place out because it was the only salon in the area that used the plastic liner for the pedicure tub. Made an appointment for 11:15am. Showed up at 11:09am. It was busy which made me feel good enough to think it was a popular place. They already had my station set up with the plastic liner. After I picked a color, I was told to go to my station and someone would be there shortly. 45mins later with wrinkly and over soaked feet, someone finally came. They did a good job of checking on me, but I only wanted to do my feet. The pedicurist did my toes as I would normally get them done at a salon. I wasn't really paying attention - did not think I had to to cut my nails and smooth them. When it was time to paint, the paint job was bad. You can see that she didn't smooth my nails at all. The skin is visible underneath the polish and the paint job looks like my 12 year old niece did it at a sleepover party. I don't like it at all. After spending over 90minutes at the place, I didn't wanna redo anything. I paid and left. Of course I tipped, because I'm a classy lady and the lady worked on my toes. But needless to say, it was only $2. I guess I'll have to keep doing my research to find a place that offers the plastic liners for the tubs. I had too many bad encounters with toenail infections from salons to start again. Hopefully I don't get anything even with the use of the liner. I have 3 stars because I'm rating on workmanship and wait time. The salon was clean and smelled nice. The staff were friendly. But I go to get my nails done, and I want them done beautifully. I came here with a few great friends to get our nails done before I ran the Boston marathon and we had an awesome time! I wanted to match my nails to the race colors for this year and was happy to find a plethora of options. I got the deluxe pedicure and regular manicure, my friends each got the regular mani-pedi. The Spa was clean, everyone was super friendly and they did a great job coordinating our timing so that we could travel together from the pedicure to the manicure station and keep catching up. I do not recommend this place at all! The first time I went about 2 months ago I noticed the staff was rude to the customers, myself included, who walked in without an appointment even though they have a sign that says walk ins welcome. I had a pedicure and decided while getting it that I would get a dip fill while I was there. They seemed surprised and annoyed that I would ask...said they had appointments and would get to me if they had time..... After a long time they squeezed me in, rushed through and did not do a very good job. My nails all cracked about a week later...... I decided to give them another try against my better judgment, gave them the benefit of the doubt, figured everyone has a bad day, maybe it would be better next time? BAD IDEA!!!! Made an appointment, had to wait about half an hour when I arrived on time and once again felt like I was bothering them, not a very welcoming attitude from any of them.... Once my technician arrived (they called her in apparently which is why I had to wait.....she seemed very stressed and was complaining about what a busy day she had had to the other technicians. She rushed through my nails....and after I was done and drying under the nail dryer said "don't leave until they're done drying I don't have time or want to have to do any of them over" Once again they've all cracked a week later.....spent $50 for a job not well done, an experience that wasn't very pleasant and I will never return again. I suggest you choose another Salon that appreciates all of their customers! read more

I just got my gel nails painted here by Kim. She painted my nails perfectly!! Shit you not, no paint on the side, perfectly done! She did designs on one nail on each hand and they went perfectly with my color! Definitely coming back. I did come here years ago and always had thought they were good. Went for dip and was there for 2 and half hrs for my nails to break the same day. Nail tech was bouncing between 3 clients worse place ever will never go back. Nails looked awful and lumpy. She did such a bad job i could see my own natural nail on sides dip didnt even cover my nail. read more

Just moved to the area within the last year and Ive been to a couple of other nail salons in Leominster but wasn't impressed with them until I came to Angelic Nails. I've been there twice now. Once for a pedicure and just recently had my eyebrows waxed. I will definitely keep coming back. They make sure you're happy with your services before you leave. The pedicure was amazing! The owner does a fantastic job, but if you're getting dip gel be prepared to wait at least a couple of hours. From what I gathered, she is the only one who knows how to do dip gel. They're very understaffed, but I'm sure that is how she cuts costs. Nothing personal I just don't like waiting that long. I came here to find a different place to get my nails filled after all the reviews I saw. The person who had done my nails were so careless - you can see in my attached photos there's are many small cuts on my cuticles and skin near my nails. Keep in mind that this was supposed to be a fill, but I was told that I couldn't get a fill as the nails were lifting which I understand. They removed the old nails by slipping another plastic nail under the lifting parts to remove all pieces of acrylic making my nails very weak and brittle. As I am getting my nails placed on and the extra acrylic filed, I kept experiencing burning on parts of my nails since they were so tender from getting my old ones removed so violently. After getting my nails placed on finally, I couldn't stand anything more than a base coat of gel (it kept getting too warm under the gel lamp). When my sister came to pick me up as we were together that day, she marched back inside saying how upset and hurt I was from their services. They offered $10 off OR a full refund but they wanted to remove the work that was just done to me - WHICH MIND YOU, after me pointing out I didn't want them removed because my nail beds were so tender and they would use the plastic nail tip to remove their work, they said they would take the time to let my acrylics they had just done soak off in acetone... knowing that I kept pointing out that was not an option for me either because of the small cuts they had made on my cuticles. I'm sorry but I was not going to sit in this salon any longer, and I was CERTAINLY not going to place my cut up fingers in acetone for an hour - This was so cruel. I ended up leaving with the $10 they gave back to me and I have not gone back since. read more

The appt. was scheduled for 10:30 - we get there for the scheduled time and they are already working on other people. One employee then tell us to come back in a half hour. Another employee tells us to come back in 5-10 minutes. Bull. What's the point of making an appt. if you can't take us at the scheduled time? I really wanted to like this place I truly did, even after the first time that they did a horrible job, I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was a weekend and it was busy and went back. They rush you in and out of this place and don't take time to perfect your nails like other salons. When I told the owner that I wanted them fixed because I truly wasn't happy with the nails she gave me the excuse that square nails are always sharp around the edges. I told her I have been getting my nails done for 13 years and am a certified nail technician and know that you still need to buff the edges, she still felt the need to argue with me! There was nail polish on my cuticles, the nails where very thick too!!! What type of customer service is that?! I usually never complain about my nails when I don't like them, I will just not come back again but they where bad and I felt the need to have the situation rectified. I do not recommend this salon they just want your money, if she would have spent 10 more minutes on my nails they would have probably been perfect but of course someone came in the door and she wanted their money so she rushed me out. Best nail place I have been to. Just came back from my second visit there, this time getting a gel manicure and spa pedicure. Reasonable prices, consistent from person to person. The pedicure was amazing and my manicure looks so gorgeous. I found my regular spot. A note about appointments, most of these primarily nail salons (i.e. not full spas) take appointments but they will also not refuse a walk-in as many appointments dont show up- In the two hours I was here it went from dead to busy and one tech had to leave sick. The two women left were doing their best but I knew they were getting backed up. They are just trying to make their money. I know it can be frustrating, but plan accordingly- go at times when it is not as busy and be prepared to wait a few minutes. read more

The lady who did my pedicure (not the owner, she was very sweet and friendly) but the woman doing my toes was so rough to the point she made my toe bleed and didn't even say anything or apologize for it. The pedicure included a leg massage but I probably have bruises now because she karate chopped my shins so hard. Doubtful I'll be coming back. Upset because I heard such great things.
