The labor that was charged was very exorbitant. i was charged for two technicians. One tech basically stood there and did nothing except trim TWO screws. That wasn't even done correctly and the technician who did the very simple installation had to repair them. No real wiring or difficult work was performed when work over the kitchen counter. Beware that while the work is ok expect to pay more than is commercially reasonable.

The RV itself was not very clean when we arrived. It was also pretty beat up. So, we ended up having to wipe down everything and wash all the dishes right away. The pleather on the couch and booth was falling apart. So bad that we had to lay sheets on it all so we could sit without getting covered in black flakes. The floor had a tear in the vinyl. Couldn't do anything about that, which was pretty annoying to catch a foot on every day. The outside mini fridge was broken and it took multiple emails over a couple of days for them to finally replace it. The 31' RV was a good size for our family of five with an occasional visitor. We won't rent from this company next time.

When I asked the owner (Tom) what this was for, he said it must be an error and it was a phantom charge through Outdoorsy, his booking platform. Tom said he'd put in a ticket. In contacting Outdoorsy, I learned he'd purposely withheld the money as a "cleaning fee," although this was never disclosed and I left the RV clean. They already charge a prep fee, which their website reflects includes "interior cleaning" - so in addition to withholding money from my security deposit intentionally and lying about it, he double dipped on the cleaning costs. Extremely dishonest. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
