Brett his mechanic arrived 15 minutes after the call. Brett was very professional and extremely knowledgeable! He diagnosed my car and found out it would run right because of corrosion on some electrical terminals. I was certain before Brett got there, I was going to pay a ton of money for engine work. Owner resent bill- Charges - 150 and hour for owner and helper EACH Travel charges - 225 EACH with a ferry charge???? I'm at a marina you can drive too!! Charged me 150 for his research at shop. Then when questioned - response was I told you we are good but expensive and I charge for travel- his shop is in Wilmington - boat was in Southport. Charged 3 hours of travel for owner and Helper each. $1200 dollars for nothing!!!! Oh did give 10% military discount. I drove to his shop to get our breaker and manual back - he said he would drop off Saturday as a favor. Be aware and ask charges before he comes to your boat!!!!!
