His crew worked from early morning to dawn for two days in a row to tear off the old shingles and put on new ones on a complicated roof system. After the roof was installed, he had his gutter crew put in new gutters with gutter screens. This crew also took two days to make sure the tear-down and installation were done correctly. Mauricio was quick to respond to questions that we had concerning our new roof and gutters and we are very happy with his work. He put on a roof 8 years ago on another home I own, and we haven't had any issues with that roof. Mauricio uses high-quality materials, and his crews are well-trained and pay attention to detail.

Without hesitation, he jumped right in--patient, kind, and so willing to help. Those panels would never have gone up without him! He spent hours carefully cutting and fitting each one around outlets, the vanity, and other tricky areas, making sure everything looked perfect. Even when my husband and I were ready to settle for "good enough," he wasn't--he took panels back down and realigned them until they were flawless. He even removed a glued-on mirror and light fixture just to make sure the finish behind them was seamless. His professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in his work truly stand out. Fraley refuses to take responsibility for the leak, blaming it on inadequate slope of the roof. But they installed the roof, didn't they? What kind of roofing company installs a roof when they know it will leak due to inadequate slope? That they installed the membrane on the substrate means they approved it prior to installation. A year and a half later they are still refusing to honor their written warranty. Their "warranty" has less value than used toilet paper. Update: they finally took care of the problem after nearly 2 years of finger-pointing. I have upgraded their rating from 1 to 3 stars.
