When you call in to make an appointment with Dr. Hall, the staff always try to get you to make your appointment with their other dentist who is young and does not have the expertise of Dr. Hall. She recently had to fix a cavity that she just filled about 6 months ago. And they acted like they were doing me a favor. I had to spend another hour and a half in the chair because she didn't do the cavity right the first time They should've at least given me a lollipop... Lol. read more

My husband had a crown placed last May, & less than a year later it's popped off. We moved away from the area (4 hours away) & when I asked about how they were going to fix this issue, the lady told me he could drive up there (4 hours) to get it re-cemented, or find a dentist here to fix it, meaning pay ANOTHER dentist to fix their mistake. After paying out almost $3000 for a crown, we certainly don't think we should have to pay someone else. We would like a refund for the cost of a repair/replacement. Dr Hall told me I had 14 cavities. He charged me $400 for 2 times to get half of them filled with insurance. I decided to get a second opinon and they said I didn't have any cavities They are a scam!!!The office staff are rude!!They just take all of your money!!Don't go there!! read more

I chose this dentist due to it being the only one on my insurance plan. My first hygienist was phenomenal -- calm, caring, and very thorough. What I noticed in my six years of going there was how every time, thousands of dollars of unnecessary work work be written into a "plan" -- a couple procedures I agreed to, but some of imminent concern mysteriously resolved on their own. As I was approaching retirement -- the considerable decrease in income and no insurance -- I succumbed to one of his stories of doom and disaster and had a previous porcelain crown replaced along with having a root canal. This was almost $1000 co-pay after insurance, but I was told that because a church of porcelains had broken off, bacteria could get underneath, cause decay and serious pain/problems in the near future. After the procedure, I experienced pain and discomfort for the FIRST time on that tooth. I returned to the office to have the crown ground down a little bit AND he started to grind on the tooth above it trying to make the two teeth mesh better. Slight discomfort brushing was better than going back and having him destroy the integrity of surrounding teeth (which would then need fixing in his next "plan"). Less than 2 years later, my crown popped off -- no hard food chewing involved. The scenario he described happening if I didn't replace the crown came to fruition. The tooth is decayed so badly the tooth now needs to be extracted. Calling his office, I find it will cost me $150 just to have him evaluate HIS ineptitude. Plus, the extraction will most likely run at least $300 (but, of course, no true estimate -- or even reasonable range -- can be provided for extracting a back molar which they already have extensive history on. Another dentist estimated the cost at $425 because they obviously are a more professional group with an established price list. So, now I'm SOL scrambling looking at other options just to remove a tooth which never needed fixing -- I discovered my old porcelain crown had metal underneath which still had an excellent seal. I had no pain. I had no issues. I just had the insecurity of entering retirement with looming future dental issues, and I had a dentist whose priority seems to be $$. read more

Please be aware that this dentist (Brad Hall and assistant Brooke) and his team are definitely below par. I went in for an extraction under local anesthetic, prior to an implant, and have no recollection of the surgery and the 17 hours following. I ended up with an horrible infection in my ear and around my eye which caused awful pain for 10 days. I also had two crowns and a root canal done in one sitting and they managed to get the crowns mixed up, fortunately before cementing them. My wife has just been through 3.5 hours to have fillings/crowns done and found that her crown had been fitted the wrong way round. She had to be numbed up again and the crown drilled out before manufacturing and fitting a new crown. We are already looking for another dentist. An incredibly dissatisfied client. My husband died in Dr. Hall's dental chair receiving full upper and lower implants at age 80 while suffering from atrial fibrillation and congestive heart failure. He was told to stop his heart medication on 5/2/22. The fatal procedure was performed on 5/6/22. Dr. Hall incentivized expensive cosmetic procedures with a fee schedule offering special rates. My husband and I were visiting Amelia Island from Tampa in celebration of our 10 yr wedding anniversary and my husband had an emergency with a tooth that eventually needed a root canal. We called Dr. Bradley Hall's office early in the morning of the worst pain my husband my had experienced the night before. Not only did the office staff welcome us the very same day, Dr. Hall took care of my husband's x-rays/ exam in the morning, he managed to make time to do the root canal as well as place the permanent crown, all in the same day. We can't give enough stars for the friendliness, accommodations and professionalism Dr. Hall and his front office staff showed to us in our time of need away from home. read more

This dentist office was the most unprofessional office with the rudest staff. I walked in for my appointment in the morning and after 20 minutes of waiting was told I didn't even have an appointment, but I could come back in the afternoon. Although I knew I had scheduled my appointment because it was on my calendar, I agreed to come back. My appointment was to fix a broken tooth, so it was an emergency. I came back in the afternoon, I complained about the fact I needed to come back although I had an appointment, which I think didn't go over well with the dentist because all they did was check my mouth and say, "we'll call you with an estimate". Rude, unprofessional, oversold services. My first visit, they told me Dr Hall had had to leave town--but they hadn't cancelled my appt, and in fact had texted me a reminder that AM. The dental hygienist saw me, but I had to take yet another lunch hour to go back. Dr Hall DID NOT SPEAK TO ME, not even to say hello--just blew in, looked at my teeth and chart, then left assistant to explain. Recommended two perfectly healthy teeth be pulled because they MIGHT cause a problem later (after wisdom teeth extraction done a year before). Never went back. read more

I had another dental visit and then recalled, to the point of tears, this story. I must share it to warn others. I had a similar experience several years ago from the first reviewer that said he was scammed. I was new to the state and in need of a new dentist. Long story short, this dentist told me that I needed a crown that I did not need (found that out later from two other dentists who saw my prior records right before this visit while I was searching for a new dentist after this nightmare situation.) Hall kept trying to sell me services as well for cosmetic surgery etc. My teeth are in very good condition - want to mention that. Fast forward, I stupidly believed him since he was the dentist and I was not. They make a mold for a temp tooth until my crown came in. I had to call 4 weeks later to get the crown installed! They had gotten it in and hadn't even bothered to call me and I was walking around with my nerves and gum exposed and a little fake tooth that looked like a white Tic Tac mint that barely wanted to stay in place. I asked the woman that answered the phone straight up, "What would have happened if I wasn't calling about this tooth?!" SILENCE. I get in there, and they do not numb me or anything, and I am screaming and crying the entire ordeal. All I kept thinking was, 'As soon as this is over, I will never step foot in here again.' I am not a baby, I do not cry at the slightest bit of discomfort. I am used to getting my teeth cared for every 6 months like clockwork and have had minor dental work done outside of cleanings, and I have NEVER had such shotty, horrible service in all of my life. This is the type of experience that makes some people never want to see another dentist again and just take the risk of their teeth falling the heck out. First, I am given an expensive service I didn't need, then they didn't even care enough about their patient to inform them that their cap was in the office just sitting there collecting dust after removing a healthy tooth that didn't need to be removed in the first darn place! I was literally shaking when I left this dentist after the second visit and never returned. Now I have a really good dentist that I have been going to for several years until it's time to return to New York again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Horrible customer service. They even lost all of our dental records. The doc is a scammer. Went in for a broken tooth and was told I needed a root canal and crown. I went along with it, because he should know his trade. When the procedure was finished, he had done the wrong tooth. When I questioned him, I was told it was my fault and due to my finances I chose to have him work on a tooth that was giving me no issues. The tooth that had broken was in front of the tooth he did the crown on. Could not be more excited to switch to a dentist that cares more about his patients than padding his wallet. I have tried three dental practices in Fernandina Beach, FL. Dr. Hall's proficiency and knowledge is by far the highest of the three. He and his team have made crowns, installed implants and provided critical advice on gum health. I will continue coming to this practice long term now that he has repaired all of the past dental damage incurred from his predecessors. read more
