We had a horrific experience with an arrogant, defensive, dismissive, and rude business owner. We never in our life dealt with anyone like this . After several attempts to contact we Mr. Moynihan back as a follow up to recurring stains that were initially removed by him . He seriously didn't appreciate being called back and had a horrible non responsive attitude. He has ignored us since them and now ultimately dismissed us ,after waiting a month for him to get back to us with a solution . I sent an email after researching what might have cause the stains to reappeared . Mr. Moynihan didn't like it & wrote nasty & degrading email back to us . Dismissing us from doing any work for us for questioning him on the cause of the stains reappearing weeks after having him clean our carpets We never asked for any free follow up work, offered to pay additional fees if required .All we were asking for was some help in correcting the problem . We simply wanted the stains removed. He seriously is "A Piece Of Work"! I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone. read more

Took the day off from work to get sofa and two carpets cleaned at 9:30 am. Got up early and moved all furniture off carpets. Then checked my email, j.brightwell sent an email to cancel my appointment at 8:30am. Email said to find another carpet cleaner! Who does that?? Thanks for costing me a sick day for nothing!!!! Update: just received a nasty response to my review: "The email cancelling your appointment was not sent 8:30 this morning. It was sent yesterday afternoon (actual time was 4:00pm which went to spam, got home at 7:30 from work and didn't think to check my spam folder until he didn't show up) allowing you sufficient time (?!) To adjust your schedule. Leaving a review on Yelp is your choice, however if incorrect information is not removed I will take appropriate action, David Moynihan." I actually tried to call their office (check caller ID Mr. Moynihan) before I yelped. I use Yelp a lot and find it a useful tool in vetting out great service providers. Unreliable with anger management issues. I set up appointment with David to have four rooms and stairs cleaned. Discussed details of job with him on phone in advance. Indicated it was critical to do this week. David was very nice and accomodating on the phone. He appeared when he said he would, looked over the carpets to be cleaned, declared he had another appointment later in the afternoon and could not do the job this week after all. He wanted the key to our house to return later. I said no, I needed the job done this week, and was not comfortable giving a key to a stranger. Suggested that he do what he could in the time available. He said he did not need the job after all, he had been in the service, this was just something he now did, not his real career, and stormed off our property. Unbelievable. I just called another company who are coming this afternoon. AVOID at all costs. The stress of dealing with a furious man in your house is not worth it. There are better options out there. read more

We had All Bright clean our carpeting. In particular our wool carpeting on our stairway looked like it was going to have to re replaced. When All Bright was done the carpet looked so much better that all thoughts of replacing it went away. The owner is very accommodating, aims to satisfy, and also likes dogs. read more
